At about 7 pm when we went down to dinner. We enjoyed a full buffet with drinks. It was probably the best buffet we've ever been too. We watched the sun go down on the outdoor patio. After dinner, we took a walk around the property. A jazz band was playing outside, but we decided to head back to the room and call it a night. The following day, we took an short Uber ride to the marina for a boat ride. It was a nice 2 hour cruise along the coastline of Antalya. We stopped and got pictures near a beautiful waterfall dropping into the ocean. Afterwords, we dropped anchor and spent about 30 minutes swimming off the back of the boat. When we got back to the hotel after lunch, we headed down to the pool. We had couple glasses of wine there and then walked down to the oceanfront where they have reclining chairs and a nice bar. We got a couple chairs and ordered some drinks. The service was friendly and quick. They have a nice pool ladder that dips into the ocean off the deck. We took a couple dips. The water was refreshing and not too cold. The hotel bathroom and shower were nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We also had a small deck with a couple chairs and a small table that looked out over the front of the hotel. This is a nice place to spend a few tourist dollars!

SO I'LL START WITH THE WORST PART FIRST, There are no WET FLOOR SIGNS anywhere, resulted in my son (8 yrs old) slipping on a soaking wet floor in the restaurant, his plate smashed and landed in his hand. He needed stitches. The staff were appalling we had to wait 15 minutes before anyone took us to the doctors office. Where my son had to have 4 needles of anesthetic into his wound, following stitches. 3 TRIPS A DAY TO THE NURSE TO HAVE THIS CLEANED. Couldn't go in the pool, we spent the last week of our holiday in our room because my son was terrified, having panic attacks thinking it was going to happen again. He had nightmares every night. Couldn't move his fingers without pain as its on his knuckle. Had to pay 420 euro for treatment. It took the hotel manager (Mara) 3 days to get intouch with me, I did try to contact her and she wrang me and was more concerned that it was her day off, when we had a meeting she laughed in my face and belittled me and my family, she had me in tears. She sat speaking in Turkish to another colleague so I couldn't understand, Mara thought it was accepted to offer my family a bowl of fruit and small wine as compensation, and a room upgrade. We declined this offer as nothing will be satisfactory to the injury my son occurred over poor health and safety due to this hotel. Nothing but hotel negligence. The customer care is beyond unacceptable. Upon the day the stitches were to be taken out the wound hadn't healed enough so we had to wait till we got back to the UK, I had to take extra time off work to do this. They also offered a 50% off 2024 holiday which we declined as we will definitely not be back after the way we have been treated. The hotel replied to a complaint stating they don't think my son slipped because of the wet floor. There were many witnesses including staff and others staying at the hotel. On the last day my son was really ill with sickness due to food poisoning from the hotel. The food wasn't very nice, the same food everyday. The quality of the food is very poor. Drinks are all non brand and not nice to drink. The aircon is beyond ridiculous very poor, you can't control it yourself. It is stuck at 22 degrees. It clicks off after 15 minutes. So you can't cool down at all. The list is endless. If you would like to have a holiday where you aren't cared for at all, and the Staff look at you and treat you like rubbish then this is the hotel for you. The bar staff (men) are all very pervy and also try and hit on you, make you feel very uncomfortable going to the bar. Very unprofessional. I have also added images of my sons hand, the wet floor. The fruit they sent to our room. Smashed glass around the pool which not one member of staff would clean up ( during our first week ) This hotel is unsafe, I will not be recommending it to anyone and many people there during our stay stated they wouldn't return. Please if you want a good holiday this isn't it.
