Then threatened to file liens on the property even though we sold it. We had to fix the repairs on our own and pay for materials before we could sell the property. They claim it was a weather issue on why they couldn't fix the repair. They never offered to help pay or communicated in anyway except For demanding $ payment. I would never work with them again, if you decide to, you should monitor their work on a daily basis to ensure your property is not damaged and the work is being done to the standard of the premium price that they charge.
