Work wasn't where I wanted it to be, I was trying to figure out my relationship, and I generally felt like I needed to get out of my own way. So I took a leap and went to see Kristine, while still being pretty convinced that hypnotherapy wasn't a real thing and certainly wasn't going to work on me. I did 4 initial sessions with her and something changed. Not because she waved a magic wand or suddenly turned me into a different person. She gave me tools. She helped change my outlook. She gave me confidence, a mantra I could actually use, and a way to keep myself in check when my brain wanted to go in 15 different directions. She helped me understand what actually needed my attention and what didn't. She also opened me up to manifestation and the law of attraction, 2 things I probably would have made fun of not that long ago. And then, shortly after our sessions, work picked up immensely. Other opportunities started showing up. Things in my personal life started becoming clearer. Call it manifestation, call it mindset, call it getting out of your own way. I don't really care what you call it. Something worked. I'm not going to tell anyone that hypnotherapy is magic or that you walk out of Kristine's office and suddenly your entire life changes. You have to be open to it. You have to do some work yourself. And most importantly, you have to believe that the things you want are actually possible for you. Kristine helps light the path. She gives you the tools and perspective to do something with it yourself. A huge thank you to Kristine for her kindness, patience and for helping me realize that a lot of what I was looking for was stuff I already knew deep down was mine to receive. I just needed a little help getting out of my own way.

Although I was skeptical about hypnotherapy, i felt drawn to you & needed to fulfill my curiosity. During our first session I instantly felt a calming feeling that soothed my anxiety. You were my light that helped me crawl out of the dark place. You taught me techniques on how to overcome my overwhelming sense of drowning during a panic attack. I listen to your personalized hypnotherapy every night & feel so light and happy when I wake up now. I can't even begin to tell you how much you truly helped me grow mentally as well as spiritually! You've tapped into parts of my subconscious mind that I forgot existed. That's probably why I'm crying as I'm writing this. All happy tears of course Thank you for giving me the courage to show up for myself & know that I am capable of so much more than I ever imagined. I'm finally making the move across the country which has been a dream of mine since I was a child. I'd normally dismiss a dream this big but I am doing it! You helped me make this my reality. Thank you for helping me find my voice. I've always been the type to bend over backwards to make others happy but neglected my own needs. I would go quite to spare others feelings which made me miserable inside. In theory I thought that I was being a good friend, co-worker, girlfriend ETC. I didn't realize the damage that I was doing until having spoke to you. Since then, I've had some really difficult conversations with people who are near and dear to my heart. Instead of feeling bad asking for what I want, I feel empowered and like a weight has been lifted! I asked the universe for help & it's no coincidence that you showed up in my life! You're a beautiful soul & I am forever grateful for what you've done for me. Thank you Lena :)

I am a recovering jerk. Working with Deidre for over a year…read morehas helped me identify my patterns, my flare ups and triggers. Once we identified them, she helped me craft plans and strategies to help me make different choices in the moment. Deidre is incredibly patient, kind, supportive, insightful and playful; everything one needs in a coach. My temper is completely under control. I don't freak out or yell at people. My insecurity has vanished to a mere sliver. I now have moderate self esteem. Maybe one day soon I will have good self esteem. The biggest thing Deidre has helped me with is in identifying my "stories"; the lies I tell myself, my beliefs, the lens through which I see the world, people, interactions. I now own up to my lens, the way I see things. I shape them before I act. I  am tapped into my compassion, which I told myself I didn't really have (another story). Right now we are working on my self doubts. I keep talking about creating this one thing and I am now officially full of crap. Deidre has taught and coached me into showing myself kindness and patience. I didn't realize how much of a stumbling block this was to me creating. She is so good at showing me how to laugh at my pain and frustrations. It makes the work fun and pulls us out when things stay deep and heavy too long. Having a coach to help one through life is a new endeavor. You have to ask yourself, how well have I been living my life just winging it? Even Tiger Woods has a swing coach. It doesn't matter if you're killing it. We are constantly a work in progress and the ego slips in and sabotages us when we aren't paying attention. If you are a jerk or someone who loves an jerk, Deidre is an jerk whisperer. Seriously, do the people around you a favor and get some Deidre in your life.

I realized that, overall, psychologists look for something wrong about one's past or present to fix. I am overall a happy, successful person and I wanted to work with someone who started there and helped to make me even better. After doing some research, I found Irene's website and Yelp page. We did an initial in-person trial session. She was warm, welcoming, passionate, and insightful in just 30 minutes! I had met with another life coach for another trial session, but Irene seemed like a better fit for me. We have been working together for 6 months now. She is still all of those things I first experienced- warm, passionate about her recommendations, and insightful. One of the things I most appreciate is that she takes really good notes and emails me a summary of major points we talked about and things to work on before our next session. Like all self-improvement journeys, it ebbs and flows. Looking back on myself 6 mo ago to now, I feel I am better equipped to handle life's stresses, I've identified the things I need to do weekly that make me happy, and now we're working on romantic relationships. I know Irene really cares about me and all her clients. She puts a lot of herself into her work. She also does in person and phone meetings, which is helpful. I would high recommend her if you want to take your life to the next level!

She was so warm, accepting, with a beautiful smile, knowledgeable, professional, non- judgmental. I was allowed to become very relaxed to tell my story and be comfortable. I responded well to my hypnotherapy session and the process was not scary. This was my first time and it wont be the last. The first day and everyday after my hypnotherapy session has made a huge impact on my life. I no longer react to loud noises and people talking around me and or near me. I feel calm and for the first time in my life I can breath without having to feel fear. It took me a life time to make the call to Mrs. Angela Fritz, since I am now in my 60's. I was a very startled child and developed becoming startled to the point of screaming, buckling knees and falling. I also would accumulate hair specifically in the bottom hem of my pants. I would get shocked by touching anything. I was so confused. Everyone around me would not intentionally startle me but it was unavoidable. Home, work, restaurants, stores it didn't matter. I really believed that life was this way due to my difficult childhood. Growing up was not memorable. What really literally pushed me to make that call was being so tired of being tired of my childhood experience and reliving my fears. The first day and everyday after my hypnotherapy has been a relief of letting go of the past and knowing that it no longer controls me! WOW! I am telling everyone I know about Mrs. Angela Fritz and how amazing she is and how she is transforming lives. Make an appointment don't wait a life time like I did.
