I am really disappointed in this company. I have had two House's remodeled on the outside and…read morespent many thousands of dollars with them. The reason I have used them are the products and quality of work preformed were great and I was very happy to have a extremely long warranty. Being a contractor myself with a very high end client base, I have referred hundreds of my customers to them over the past 20 yrs. I will never refer another customer of mine and will never use this company again after being talked to so rudely by the owner William Strickland. The problem started with us calling about repair work to our sun room they built. After 1 year of trying to get someone out to look at the corrosion appearing on the wall attached to my back deck. We took pictures and sent them to bill, he stated that we must have used chemicals to clean our deck causing the problem. I assured him I did not uses chemicals and that it was only happing were they wrapped the aluminum around my pressure treated wood. He stated it would not cause a chemical reaction with pressure treated wood and he was not fixing it. I then said ok I need to get it fixed anyway, even being disappointed. I had other work to do at the house siding damage and a few other things. We called back and they sent a guy josh out to look at putting a new deck down and I showed the area of the room were it was falling apart corroding. He stated they should have never wrapped the aluminum around the PT deck it will cause a chemical reaction and fall apart. So the owner Bill gives me a call back and says Josh is a great employee butt has a 10 th grade education , and he can assure me that he owns 100 percent of his company and will not fix the issue and he would prefer that I call someone else. WELL I did and they all agree it is your company's fault and you should have taken care of the minor issue and never put aluminum around PT wood. I can't believe the way you treat your customers. I can promise you I have never treated mine that way I would have done the other work and had my guys fix the sorry workmanship. Oh yea I didn't even ask you to do it for free, I said I would pay your estimate On the bill cause I'm in a bind and needed it done. Then the rude comment came. I really don't want to fix your problems. GET SOMEONE ELSE. What kind of a customer service is this. I will never refer your company again. Stay away people!!!! ONE more thing, I would never talk about my employees that way, can't believe anyone works for you!!!

2025 Delta Management Review I've given Delta Management…read morestellar reviews for each and every project we've embarked upon together. I'm here to offer another. Over a year ago our house was hit by one of the twin tornados that blew their ways through Tallahassee. One of those tornadoes lifted up a tree, twisted it around and then sat it back down smashing our back porch and shattering our slate tile roof. It was havoc in our neighborhood. We called Stacey Bell the day after we got hit and she was there the next, taking charge from the get go of what was to come. She, with the help of her wonderful father John Bell, steered us through all the steps we had to take - guiding us through the insurance process, the historical district restrictions. Stacey took on the insurance paperwork herself. It took a half a year to get our back porch in order - it had to first be demolished. And then Stacey and John worked with us to bring it back better. The old porch was the original from 1934 and wonderful and funky but it had room for improvement. And that's what Delta Management did. They helped us sketch out a plan that echoed the footprint of the old porch but expanded it just a foot. And then slightly reenvisioned it so it was stronger, more beautiful, but still recalling the charm of its 1934 roots. It's beautiful. And then there was the roof. In part because we live in an historical district that it took a full year in a half before we were able to get our new roof. There are hoops you have to jump through. And I appreciate the necessity although it is a pain in the bottom. Stacey and Delta took that on as well, again guiding us through the endless paperwork. Our roof was 1935 diamond patterned slate (with asbestos of course). We had to replace it with something that fit the style and the history of that roof. We found it - a metal diamond patterned roofing material used for historical restoration. But man, it was a pull. It took forever to get the permitting from the historic district and the insurance. And then the materials were in shorter supply. But Stacey persevered and now we have one of the most beautiful roofs in the neighborhood. It makes our little cottage look like something from a story book. It's charming. And indestructible. It's obvious that we love Stacey, John and Delta Management. And for good reasons. They worked with us to imagine, plan, fight for and finish up so much of the work we've had done on our sweet, little cottage of a house. And they are fun to work with! They're the best.

Had our roof replaced on our house and our shop. Stacy and her team killed it from start to finish…read more Very professional and did a great clean up job afterward. I would highly recommend.

This is the most unprofessional and unskilled crew I have ever witnessed. I built custom homes near Seattle for 35 years and every time I asked about their techniques the answer was always "That's how we do it in Florida." I had to re-tie their rebar in the footings and in the lintel beam in order to pass inspection to keep on concrete pour schedules. They were unable, or unwilling, to read the measurements in the engineered drawings and had to change things several times after I pointed out their mistakes. The 60' long back wall ended up 6" lower on one end from the other. They were a full block short on the finished height of the wall. I ended up holding back money and telling them to go. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE, they don't know what they are doing.

Before the concrete was laid, I noticed the cleared ground was at a slope and requested it be more leveled. They did not do this and it flooded my garage and everything in it after the first big rain. All of the framing boards and poured off concrete have not been picked up or removed. I have contacted them 5 times regarding this and keep getting promised that it will get picked up. Each time, same as above, no call, email or text letting me know they are not showing up. I have to reach out to only be told "I'm coming out tomorrow" each time. Extremely unprofessional.
