They destroyed our new sod. 1st time out they sent a professional. 2nd time out, we were told the 1st-last guy got transferred or something and the final 3rd time out, the third guy, much like the 2nd guy had no idea what he was doing. He not only killed the weeds, he killed our new sod. We reported it and got one call back and that was at a time when both me and my spouse couldn't take a call; nonetheless, we did promptly return the call. In that return call we kept getting voice-mail and sent several emails both of which were detailed messages. We gave them days and time we would be home and that they could just come by: come by to meet with us. Meet us and make an assessment of the sod destruction from lack of proper service by Turner. We told them when we were home and it would be everyday after 12pm. No one called back and no one ever came by our home. No one followed up. We called again and requested they come by. No call, no response, absolutely nothing! Nothing! In my book it all changed after the first intial visit and it was a wonderful visit: the second visit was not so great. But, the third visit as stated in the above text changed everything. These people have a terrible service. Without any customer care I am not sure how they survived 40 years of business because they suck! There just after your money. Don't use them, unless you like being ripped off. read more

I would never recommend this company. In the few years we've had them they have ruined windows from spraying bushes close to them (now they are etched and we have to look at them everyday), put large drops that looks like oil all over our driveway (we have confirmed these are from the chemicals used to spray the bushes that day). They also killed spots throughout our whole lawn and needed to do fill in with sod. We were told it was because an employee loaded the sprayer with the wrong chemicals. We sent many messages and the communication when you call the main office is very poor. The only way I got them to call me back was to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Then I got a call within 20 minutes. They have a lot of improvements to do before they are a quality lawn and pest service company by any means. read more

So I build a new home in 2020 which had a five year termite bond with Turner Pest Control. The termite bond had to be paid yearly and at the end of the five years you would have to pay full price to renew. However, they were offering a one time fee of $700 for termite protection for life and $65 a month for pest control. I gave Turner Pest Control the $ 700 and assumed it would include the first termite treatment and pest control. Within a few days of signing up for the service, I immediately received a bill for $65. I contacted the sales person who went back and forth with management and he ended up offering to pay the $65 out of his commission. Turner then put my billing on auto bill with the credit card I paid the $700 with. I contacted the office and told them to bill me and I NEVER authorized them sign me up for auto billing. They told me I would have to start paying quarterly, which I agreed to. December of 2022, they auto billed me again. I reported the charge as fraud to the credit card company and had them reissue me a new credit card and number. When you sign up for Turner Pest Control it's done on an iPad and would be impossible to read the whole agreement and instead I asked questions and went by what the salesperson told me. DO NOT USE TURNER PEST CONTROL. They're only concerned about getting paid and have ZERO customer service. Do yourself a favor and use Massey Services. read more

Over the past year, we have had Turner Pest Control treating our lawns. In July, the tech OVER-sprayed fungicide that killed much of our grass. They have been back each month spraying fertilizer to try to re-grow the St Augustine, but have not treated the growing weed problem. I now have more yellow fungus, bermuda, centipede and sand spurs growing in my yard. They scheduled service for Tuesday of this week (Nov 19) and did not show up. I called to reschedule for today (Fri, Nov 22) and they did NOT show up again. I'm done. I've cancelled their service by phone, with a promise that Andrew (the area manager would call to confirm....of course he did not call). I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. Do not use them unless you just want to pay for a service you will never receive. After the initial money, $150, was taken, they came pretty regularly for about two weeks. After that, good luck getting anyone to answer their phone. Pro-tip: never press 2 for an existing customer. You will never get to talk to someone. Always press 1 for a new customer and your probability of talking to someone is maybe 50%. It's pointless to leave messages as well as no one will call you back. It always surprises me that places like this stay in business. It must be from the initial $150 they charge, because that is clearly all they're interested in. STAY AWAY! read more
