Moved into my apartment with damaged cabinetry and floors, the inability to work…read morewith a disabled person, the abandoned vehicle right outside my apartment door that had tags 2 years expired, or the rotted out door and doorframe which allowed snow and ice INSIDE the apartment. The lack is of communication is astounding: we are told one thing, and something completely different happens. Neither the floor or cabinets were repaired, took almost a month for the car to be towed, REFUSED to put grab bars in for a disabled person, and had to wait almost a month after the SCHEDULED DATE to have the door replaced. Now: Young America snuck a little charge into our lease. Do not go with this reality company go with someone else.
