Sure the folks there are cordial, sure the facility is stylishly orderly and it's a land where everyone smiles big and shakes your hand. Here's the thing: it's an ODD experience, almost Stepford wives-like. In my opinion, the procedure is rushed and the fact that you keep repeating "don't worry, we're gonna take good care of you" and placing a firm hand on my shoulder while I'm laid back in the chair doesn't negate the fact that you rushed through the explanation process and skipped the option details. Not to mention that also in my opinion, the pricing is exorbitant. There is only one other practice in the surrounding area and like I said "in my opinion" this gives room for steep pricing. I guess I would just call it bad vibes with an 1800$ price tag that deserves a "Da-da-da-dum, snap, snap" theme song.

I've never had a root canal so i guess i can't complare them to anyone on that front but i do have some dental trauma in my past and while I'm mostly past it i still get nervous. They treated me so kind and caring from the moment i called till wayyyyyy after i got my root canal. The dr is awesome, great at what he does! And the supporting staff is just as wonderful, including everyone who works at the desk. I had trouble with my insurance and they were kind about it every time they had to call and leave me another voicemail, never badgering or blaming. Very professional and kind. 10/5 stars.

Dentistry is about more then technique. It takes an artistic approach to make decisions regarding cosmetic dentistry. As an artist, I understand the importance of taking all aspects into account. This is second nature to Dr. Bill. He explained how he shaped the crown to mimic the shape of my face and even explained why he chose the shade of crown. I am not a huge baby in the dentist chair, in fact I try to push through mild pain. Bill is so tuned in to your every nuance and is constantly questioning if you are OK....you don't need to say a word. Crown work is a long and grueling process and I can't imagine going through all that work with another dentist. Bill is one of the few dentists that checks in and is available to his patients on weekends. Unbelievable! I now have a local dentist that takes care of my annual appointments, but I still check in with Bill on any issues that are crown related.

The office staff is great, the dental assistant I had was fantastic. And finally... my endodontist, Dr. Suren Paravyan.. is phenomenal. I was seriously scared out of my mind (even though I acted calm) to have these root canals (which happened in separate weeks). Oh my goodness, was I nervous. But both the assistant and Dr. Paravyan treated me like gold. They were so kind and thoughtful and careful... and attentive! Dr. Paravyan made sure I didn't feel any pain. He has excellent bedside manner and is also a funny guy. I seriously had a 'good' time getting my root canals if that is even possible, and I still had sky-high anxiety about it. Afterward, they printed out the digital xray photos of the before and after and sent them to my primary dentist. Everything was so efficient and so thorough. Very high quality work on my molars. And, he explained things and kept me informed the whole time. My praise does not do this office and Dr. Paravyan justice. To top off my great experience, Dr. Paravyan personally called me a few hours later after each of the procedures to check on me and see how I was doing. Who does that?! I've NEVER in my life had a dentist do that. Love these people. Thank you, Sandhills Endodontics and Dr. Paravyan. You are truly amazing.
