We are an active military family, and we have been stationed here three times. We just moved back to the area recently, and I had been putting off dental work for years because we weren't here, so now that we are back, I have been trying to get numerous things done over the past two months and I am SO proud to say that I had 3 fillings over the past two weeks (2 separate visits) and NO VALIUM needed!! The entire staff treats me so very nicely and they are very encouraging without ever making me feel like a big baby or like I am silly to be nervous. They understand my anxiety and they all work with me to help me feel relaxed and welcome. I have seen both dentists here and I really really recommend both. The hygienists and the office staff, and techs are all super nice and make every effort to make sure you are called by name and they are very accommodating as far as re-schduling when they have a cancelation so you can get in there and get the work done. I have had an emergency crown done in there twice and both times they were wonderful. There are many dentists here in Fayetteville, but my recommendation is this office because I have had 17 years experience as a patient and they have exceeded any expectation I have had. I can't believe I am yelping a dentist, but they do truly deserve a review and maybe you are looking for a dentist and new to Fayetteville. Hope this helps someone.

I can't say much good about this office after what should have been my appointment this week. I…read morewent in for my appointment for teeth extraction. The assistant came out and got me and took me to a chair. She then said, "I see you are here for a crown." Nope, not at all. That was one of the things on their treatment case, but nothing that I had agreed to! It appears that they had decided to throw that one in without consulting with me. Needless to say, I walked out without getting anything done by this office. I will not be going back to an office that tries, in my opinion, underhanded stuff like this!

(I jest) But really…read morethough I have yet to show for an appointment and not find everyone I associated with to be in the best of spirits. Everyone's always so happy and polite. I had an appointment for for quiet a few drillings and crowns. Dr. Webb was great. He only left the room twice to look in the Book of Dentistry to make sure he was doing it right. OK, OK, OK, again I jest. But seriously Dr Webb was fantastic he knew what he was doing and he did it well. Constantly making sure I was okay and was numb enough. Then there was his assistant, Tameia, start to finish was a true professional. She did the temporary crowns, all 6. The one on the top right was trying too give her a hard time, but she showed him. Unfortunately that same afternoon I was eating a sandwich and one of the temp crowns came out. I called CCD and was told to come in Monday, I, not knowing, didn't cotton to the side of my mouth hurting for the next 3 days. I was asked if I could come in the next day (Friday) and I said of course. I show up and unbeknownst to me Tameia came in on her day off the fix my falling crown. I felt bad that she came in on her day off, but she chose to do that and showed what a real professional she is and she was happy and joyful the entire time and had not one ounce of animosity. Unfortunately that same crown came out again Saturday evening while eating, get this, Ramen Noodles. I kid you not. And then on Sunday (today) another temp crown came off while eating a french fry. I cant wait till the real ones come in so I can get them and be able to eat again. Things happen, it could have been a bad batch of whatever. (I don't know what all they use). I will continue to utilize then and I recommend you do also.

Since we are traveling through the area I was very appreciative to get the same day appointment. The reception staff were very professional and nice. The office appeared newly renovated and was very inviting. So far, so good! Things begin to shift when I was taken back to the exam room, the young lady who took me back neither identified herself or her role. Of course when she begin to issue instructions I had to interrupt and ask for her name and role. Again things were rolling smoothly and Dr. Chip came in, he was very professional and somewhat charming. I presented with a broken crown on my front tooth. Dr Chip did a quick look and reported that unfortunately short of replacing the crown there was simply nothing more he could do. He even said they have the capability to have the crown made in a day. I asked if there was anything he could do as a temporary fix since we are traveling. He replied there was no other option beside a build up and recrown. I was devasted by the news since my smile was visible altered. However the final blow didn't come until I went to check out and settle my bill. I WAS CHARGED $195!!!! I could not believe it, upon looking at the receipt with the price breakdown: Limited oral evaluation (quick peek less than 10 min chat with Dr Chip) $157 Intraoral-periapical - 1st film $38 I walk out completely distraught and $195 paid for WHAT??? This business has been up and running for over 30 Years and I can only imagine that some where along the way INGRETITY got lost. My advise to anyone planning a visit here; get cost estimates up front.

I was reccomended to go to Southeastern dental in Fayetteville, for a major procedure…read more The dentist sent orders to the oral surgeon to remove five of my back teeth and shape some of the bone at my gumline, so that temporary dentures would fit. I was put to sleep for this and after four hours of surgery and over 100 stitches in my gums, the oral surgeon had pulled all of my teeth and ground the bone off on my upper and lower jaw. He was supposed to pull five of my back teeth, because both of them stated that if they done it all at once, it would be to much pain to bear. Well the orthopedic surgeon did not read the orders from the dentist, and after 4 hours of surgery I woke up with all....of my teeth pulled and gums split to add bone in place of the teeth. Over 100 stitches and was sent home with no gauze or anything to help with the bleeding. It was a 3hr drive back home and my wife gave me a towel out of the back seat, because I was half out of it and my head was hanging down and the blood was running out of my mouth. I'm a Marine and have been through alot during the war, but this was the worst pain I had to go through for two weeks. I had heart surgery 6 months earlier and that was live a splinter in your finger compared to what I went through there. I have 7 titanium plates in my face along with 98 screws​.. That was nothing compared to the pain I went through for two weeks after being butchered there. Sorry, but I have to be honest about what I went through. I could add more, but I feel that most will read this and consider a different place, because they hurt me and that's hard to do after what I went through over in Afghanistan...USMC
