What started as a polite conversation about how I could contact regional management turned into her accusing me of demanding that she provide personal phone numbers for corporate personnel--which I did not even ask her for. When I politely asked her why she was berating me and accusing me of demanding information I never asked her for she became more hostile and dismissive when I questioned her inexplicable hostility. This woman is a not qualified to be communicating with anyone in a professional setting. Such a bizarre and unnecessary display of contempt for absolutely no reason.

I initially received the quote for the work and was able to schedule the appointment without delay. Everything went just as explained with the procedure (and cost) - the high tech office setting coupled with the calm presence of Dr. Van Scoyoc made the procedure, frankly, pretty darn easy. I was given follow-up instructions which, since I followed, meant no hiccups in my recovery. Based on my experience I highly recommend Dr. Van Scoyoc.

Hygienists, and Dr. Moubry have always been reliable (and gentle!!!!) during my dental work and I am very pleased each visit. After my appointment they told me that I might have to pay $5 to $10 (even though an "in-network" clinic should not have been charging me anything). Yet, several weeks later, they sent me a bill for $350! Are you kidding me? What's the point of subscribing to dental insurance if I was going to pay mostly out-of-pocket for a simple 6-monthly checkup? Living Social and Groupon have better rates than this. What disappoints me further is that they really milked me for what they could. They took X-Rays, conducted the cleaning and checkup, and gave me an added fluoride treatment (something I didn't need -- I have excellent dental health already). Lastly, they do not use latest tools and technology to conduct exams or cleaning. My previous dentist had all X-Rays and documents digitized. Moubry doesn't. Plus, the hygienist used a manual plaque removal tool, etc. vice latest technological tools to conduct cleaning. Total disappointment, and dishonest, greedy business that does not deliver as expected!

We are an active military family, and we have been stationed here three times. We just moved back to the area recently, and I had been putting off dental work for years because we weren't here, so now that we are back, I have been trying to get numerous things done over the past two months and I am SO proud to say that I had 3 fillings over the past two weeks (2 separate visits) and NO VALIUM needed!! The entire staff treats me so very nicely and they are very encouraging without ever making me feel like a big baby or like I am silly to be nervous. They understand my anxiety and they all work with me to help me feel relaxed and welcome. I have seen both dentists here and I really really recommend both. The hygienists and the office staff, and techs are all super nice and make every effort to make sure you are called by name and they are very accommodating as far as re-schduling when they have a cancelation so you can get in there and get the work done. I have had an emergency crown done in there twice and both times they were wonderful. There are many dentists here in Fayetteville, but my recommendation is this office because I have had 17 years experience as a patient and they have exceeded any expectation I have had. Since we are traveling through the area I was very appreciative to get the same day appointment. The reception staff were very professional and nice. The office appeared newly renovated and was very inviting. So far, so good! Things begin to shift when I was taken back to the exam room, the young lady who took me back neither identified herself or her role. Of course when she begin to issue instructions I had to interrupt and ask for her name and role. Again things were rolling smoothly and Dr. Chip came in, he was very professional and somewhat charming. I presented with a broken crown on my front tooth. Dr Chip did a quick look and reported that unfortunately short of replacing the crown there was simply nothing more he could do. He even said they have the capability to have the crown made in a day. I asked if there was anything he could do as a temporary fix since we are traveling. He replied there was no other option beside a build up and recrown. I was devasted by the news since my smile was visible altered. However the final blow didn't come until I went to check out and settle my bill. I WAS CHARGED $195!!!! I could not believe it, upon looking at the receipt with the price breakdown: Limited oral evaluation (quick peek less than 10 min chat with Dr Chip) $157 Intraoral-periapical - 1st film $38 I walk out completely distraught and $195 paid for WHAT??? This business has been up and running for over 30 Years and I can only imagine that some where along the way INGRETITY got lost.
