I was running out of options on my way and happened upon this location to fill that void. The lot for this location is huge when compared to other locations in similarly situated towns. I do not know if this is the main place in town to make a quick run, but it sure felt like it. With that, it made this place feel a bit unsettling for an out of towner to stop at. Felt like all eyes were on you. After shaking that feeling off, I went inside to do my thing with the touchscreen. After placing my order I hit the facilities again just to be safe on the trek. and made my way to pay. I waited for my order to be completed and had it in hand and was on my way out the door. I took a moment outside before hitting the road again. On the warm night it was it was great to take in the air before hopping back into my vehicle. Even if there were more eyes on me than need be.

If you want to purchase tires at a shop where they sit on the shelves for over a year, get torn to…read moreshreds with low mileage, and get denied for any type of warranty replacement under 12 months this is the shop for you. I purchased 4 sets of tires from this location, two in July, two in September. Alignment was done at each install. The tires were wearing down exceptionally wrong and they all had started to tear apart. The owner and manager aggressively denied any ownership of the issue at hand and claimed the reason was my car "eats tires" and alignment was my problem. I've owned and operated my vehicle and know a set of tires do NOT get worn out in less than a year. The only reason I even bought these tires is I hit a set of nails on Waynesboro Main Street and needed a replacement quick. I am a new father, I am also hitting hard times, instead of compassion and understanding of my situation and just asked what could be done to help; I was reverently told nothing will be done, conversation was over, to stop wasting their time, and leave. I whole heartedly do not recommend this location. Do yourself a favor and seek service elsewhere.
