After doing a significant number of jobs, you would have a very good idea of what the cost would be; especially after I gave you very descriptive and most specific information on what I needed to have done, and you viewed the trees and bush requiring trimming. I have received estimates regularly in the past from companies and have NOT been required to meet with the representative. We got an advertisement in the mail saying Benjamin Indy Tree Services would be in the area soon,…read moreso we decided to get a quote for the dead oak in our backyard. Our property is in the woods, and it is unique because it goes up against a ravine, so bucket trucks can't really access the trees in the back. We had three other quotes from different local companies; all of them were really expensive, and scheduling was a pain (1-2 months out, cancellations with rain, etc.). Benjamin had a little trouble finding the property for the quote, but that's because we built the house recently and GPS isn't always cooperative. I had to call the company to see where he was at. The woman who answered the phone for the company was always kind and understanding. The man who did the quote was the company owner. He was willing to work with us on the price, and he said he could get it taken care of the following week (wow, no 1-2 month wait!). We decided to go ahead and schedule the tree removal. While the company did show up at 8 instead of the 12-4 window we were given, this wasn't a big deal (we told them we were going to be home anyway). They did an amazing job taking down the tree and were done within an hour. Very professional group. They had to take the tree down in sections but were very careful, and they were thoughtful about the property (minimal damage of other trees, despite it being a giant oak going down). Overall, we are really impressed with the work. When we need a tree taken down again (we live in the woods, so we definitely will), we will call them first. Highly recommended.

I had one tree topped, and they topped several trees at my next door neighbor's right after. For me, it was literally 3 hours from the time that Alvaro, the estimator, looked at the tree, until they were done. The speed and skill of the crew was impressive and work was done for a reasonable price. From observing these two projects, it's obvious they have the manpower and equipment to do any size job. The whole experience was better than I could have hoped for, and I highly recommend you consider these guys for your tree work.

Amazing work! They removed my 20 year old outdated landscape bushes (mostly rows of large boxwoods)…read moreso I could redo it all across the front and side of my house. They obviously had a deep root system but Jeff and his crew cleared it all out completely and used the stump removal machine to dig down and wipe out all the big roots so when I planted again I didn't have to deal with the hassle of chopping out large roots. They even raked up the area they eviscerated as a nice touch. I told other people their price when shopping around and no one was close to what Hirefirefighters quoted me. Quality, no BS work at a more than fair price. Can't say enough good things about this experience. Highly recommend!!!
