Needless to say, I used my lawnmower for less than a month and the worst happened, my engine seized!!! September 17, 2022, called and explained the situation that the blade won't spin. I took it in on Saturday 9-17-2022 & his father helped me & looked at it & said it ran without oil, professional opinion!! No response on Saturday or Sunday!! Nothing at all on Monday until Tuesday because I replied that I will get authorities involved & put a lien on him, now he calls. Says that my engine is old, bullshit!!! Doesn't matter the age if it had oil it would still be running!! Lawn mower is 12 years old but Sergio professional opinion is it ran its last legAdmit they forgot to add oil, I'm a home owner and I don't mow every day!! I have 1966 Mustang and it gets an oil change & is still running!! The kid can't compromise that he's in the wrong. I would give them no stars if I could!
