I called Exterior Design and had them come clean out the beds, trim everything back and add fresh mulch. What a difference. I have been motivated to buy new potted plants to add to the front yard. Now it looks great!!! I decided I was going to attack the back yard last weekend. When I went out there Saturday morning, I decided to have Exterior Design give me an estimate on doing the basics in the back yard. There is nothing like a clean, up- kept yard to energize you. I am so happy I made this decision. I am not sure how many sales people they have but ask for Beverly, she was really easy to work with on this project.

She evaluated my small outdoor space and worked with me to address my needs. I wanted not only to beautify the area, but I was also wanting to improve privacy. The blending of an outdoor cedar pergola with a lush garden and trees and a brick patio was perfect for my needs. I now have a the outdoor retreat that I needed and I am proud to show off my yard. Beverly works with some of the best for hard surface installation and landscaping.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: Apology accepted; however, you shouldn't say you're accepting new customers…read morewhen in fact your acceptance is predicated upon a schedule that's already "full." The first question I asked upon contacting you was, are you accepting new customers? You said, yes. Had you just said, "we are not currently accepting new customers because our schedule does not permit or we are full," that would've been more accurate, understanding and honest. Oh and I'm well aware of the temperature outdoors but this is the profession you chose. Stay cool and hydrated and I wish you all well. This company came highly rated on Facebook (first mistake). I don't care for Facebook and have since deleted the app. So, I decided to reach out anyway, (second mistake). The man who operates this business, Samuel is not honest, have no integrity and doesn't know much about customer service. I initially reached out and asked if he was accepting new lawns and his reply was, "Yes you looking for something weekly or bi-weekly." I said, weekly. A week later, he was suppose to give me a quote via email, that never happened, I called him several times and eventually texted him and told him not to return my call... I don't like how he operates business. I cannot recommend him at all. He comes across as duplicitous and dishonest. How can you say you are accepting new business if your schedule is so full? Just another day in bizzaro land here! I need to get myself out of the South and back to common sense territory.
