We could not recommend Kevin Knott with Crystal Pools and Spas more highly! From start to finish,…read moreKevin & his team were a pleasure to work with. Crystal Pools is a locally owned, family-run business that delivers attention to detail, professionalism, & customer care. Kevin worked closely with us to design a stunning saltwater gunite pool & spa that maximized our space. The thoughtful design includes a raised stack-stone wall with waterfalls, a tanning ledge with a bubbler fountain, LED lights, and a convenient app-controlled computer system to manage everything, including lights & temperature. Construction was timely, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process, Kevin's communication was top-notch. He kept us informed at every step, answered all of our questions, & made the experience smooth & stress-free. His hands-on involvement, keen eye for detail, & genuine investment in our vision were evident in every aspect of the project. The result is a breathtaking backyard oasis that we couldn't be happier with! Kevin took the time to show us step-by-step pool maintenance and recommended a reputable pool maintenance company for ongoing care. If you're looking to build or renovate a pool, Crystal Pools and Spas is the way to go. Their expertise, professionalism, & commitment to customer satisfaction are truly unmatched. Thank you, Kevin, for making our dream pool a reality!

He was never pushy. He took plenty of time to describe the process and options for our budget even though the project was so far in the future. When it came time to install, he made everything so easy and enjoyable. Kevin is one of the most responsive contractors we have ever worked with and always answered our texts and calls within minutes, if not seconds. Having his dad, Jeff, on the job installing plumbing was also a great testament to the quality of work they put forth as a family run business. The pool came out absolutely beautiful, and Kevin still takes the time to respond to our questions about operating the equipment long after the install finished. It feels like he became a part of our family. We love our pool and would build again with Kevin and Crystal Pools ten times out of ten. The only problem is that we can't get our friends and family to leave our backyard!

Another GREAT local business that serves its city well…read more I first used Security Iron Co. over 10 years ago when I had them install some iron storm doors on my old drafty house. A very nice guy named Jim came out and did some measuring, gave me some design options and came up with what I felt was a very reasonable quote for iron doors, on the spot. They came out as scheduled to install the doors. No fuss, no muss. Over the years the look of the iron doors has held up very well. I have had some of their crew come back at my request to adjust some things as settling on my house has occurred. It is both a great product and they provide great service. I have recommend them to friends many times and have been thanked in return. Then, a few months ago I got a letter from my insurance company asking me to install handrails around my front porch and stairs and without hesitation I called Security Iron Co. to get a quote. Guess who came to my house the very next day? My old pal Jim from 11 years ago. Again he did measurements, we discussed design options and he produced a reasonable quote. They are going to come out and install the rails to appease the insurance company, and I am happy with the look it is going to give my old shack and that it will add to the safety of my home,
