Hank came over and gave us an estimate to take care of cleaning that mess up along with finish taking down a tree that fell, a section between 2 trees that was overgrown, a tree that died in our front yard and grind a huge stump from the oak tree. The estimate was a great price and Hank and his crew spent the day today completing this work and hauling all of the debris away. Hank and his crew did a fantastic job, was very courteous and even took down a small tree that died in our front yard. I would recommend them to take care of any stump grinding or clearing in your yard. They were wonderful and courteous!

They tore everything up and never came back They refused to provide schedule updates and never initiated a single conversation. They rarely responded to any communication and has never once picked up the phone when I have called. They called it harassment, but it was negligence. They had the audacity to say that what set Vista apart was their communication skills. I understand that pools are in high demand, but they needs to learn how to manage client expectations. I'm sure business is good right now, but long term relationship management is how you make through the lean times. I have had extensive renovations and contract work on my house over the years. This was the worst experience I have even had. Very disappointed. The crew and foreman were excellent, the management was terrible.

The first question I asked upon contacting you was, are you accepting new customers? You said, yes. Had you just said, "we are not currently accepting new customers because our schedule does not permit or we are full," that would've been more accurate, understanding and honest. Oh and I'm well aware of the temperature outdoors but this is the profession you chose. Stay cool and hydrated and I wish you all well. This company came highly rated on Facebook (first mistake). I don't care for Facebook and have since deleted the app. So, I decided to reach out anyway, (second mistake). The man who operates this business, Samuel is not honest, have no integrity and doesn't know much about customer service. I initially reached out and asked if he was accepting new lawns and his reply was, "Yes you looking for something weekly or bi-weekly." I said, weekly. A week later, he was suppose to give me a quote via email, that never happened, I called him several times and eventually texted him and told him not to return my call...
