I recently broke my arm and desperately needed the lawn done, so I even offered to pay them $40 extra just to get it finished. The woman completely refused and walked off my property. This company is a scam job that tries to screw you over at the last minute because they know you have already waited days for service. Avoid Manuel Lawn Service at all costs. Also, avoid using the GreenPal app. They take absolutely no responsibility for their vendors. Both are shameful companies with zero ethics.

I kept the same lawn service for 2 seasons even though I had problem after problem. I finally changed and wish I would have found Emanuel Lawn Care sooner. I truly couldn't recommend this team more!! They are always on time and really care about the details of my yard like it was their own.

I could not be more please with the professionalism, friendliness, and workmanship that Scott and…read morehis crew provided with our landscaping needs. After looking for local landscaper, Scott's excellent online reviews had me ready to give him a call. I couldn't be more thankful that I did, and needed to return the favor to anyone else who is using reviews to choose a landscaper in the Louisville area! Scott has now completed several different projects for our family and we will certainly continue to work with him if and when we can! He has created several privacy areas for our yard using various large and small plants (all gorgeous and healthy upon arrival and still months later), tree and other plant removal, lighting installation, amongst other things! Every time he has been here, I have been extremely impressed with his timely communication, transparent, honest, and fair estimates, clean-up and removal of any debris, but most importantly the respect he has shown to us and our neighbors. Of all the crews we have ever used for any project, Scott's crew has been the BEST at keeping things clean, avoiding any damage to anything, timeliness, and of course, leaving our property looking gorgeous afterwards. It is very difficult to find such a respectful, responsive, and reliable crew of people that also produce such incredible results! So thankful to this crew! You will not be disappointed with their work and will likely be leaving another 5-star review as I have just done!

After researching lawn and landscape companies on the BBB site, we called Lawnpro and had them come…read moreout to quote on replacing our lawn with a newly seeded yard. They were prompt, courteous, and most importantly to us; promising that we'd have a stellar yard when they were done with it. That was in Sept of 2013. As of mid-April, they have delivered on their word. From killing all vegetation in September to now, the change is dramatic, the grass came in like they said it would, and they've been out twice this spring to reseed small patches and fill in where seed was either washed away by fall rain, or maybe eaten by birds. It's not even finished filling in, and we already have the best yard in the neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about them. They told us they were by no means the cheapest guys in town, but pride themselves on being the best. We only bid the job to 2 other companies recommended by the BBB, but neither was as prompt or detailed regarding the quote we asked to have prepared. This truly is a case where we're getting what we paid for; High quality and great customer service.

It is such a weight off my shoulders that my yard is now in a state that I can maintain it, I can take my trash out without risking poison ivy, and my flower bed is no longer a mound of vines. I was worried about the flower bed because every time I tried to clear it out I ended up tearing up the plants, but they cleared it out with surgical precision so my plants look amazing again.

Julio came over to discuss the project and what I wanted done. I needed a large limb removed that had fallen and lodged on my roof. I needed the limbs over my roof trimmed back. And I needed a massive, half-dead limb removed from my neighbor's tree that covering and threatening half my deck. I'll bet it weighed in at a ton. He explained how he would do it, gave me what I considered a reasonable price, and we set up a time. With other companies I've had bent gutters, cracked sidewalks, fence and deck boards. Not with Julio. He and his crew were careful and meticulous. Everything was either handed down or lowered by rope. It was cut up, hauled through the alley, and chipped at the curb. He showed me before and after pictures of the roof. And when they left, my deck and sidewalks were cleaner than when they got here. If you're going to get estimates on tree work; definitely include Julio Tree Service in the mix.
