Dakota and his team at Diamond Cut Outdoor Solutions have been amazing. I reached out to them for a quote for mow service and heard back on the same day. Dakota was super friendly and accommodating to my availability to schedule a visit to give us an accurate quote. He texted to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He explained how he would do it, gave me what I considered a reasonable price, and we set up a time. With other companies I've had bent gutters, cracked sidewalks, fence and deck boards. Not with Julio. He and his crew were careful and meticulous. Everything was either handed down or lowered by rope. It was cut up, hauled through the alley, and chipped at the curb. He showed me before and after pictures of the roof. And when they left, my deck and sidewalks were cleaner than when they got here. If I'm being honest, I had to brace myself in writing this review in preparation that if word gets out too fast he might have less availability when we need him! All that said, to get to the important stuff, Efren was responsive, reliable, prompt, reasonable and most importantly did an excellent job. He helped us remove a MASSIVE limb that was broken and dangling on other branches 20 feet in the air, fix up our front yard and remove the assortment of strange plants and reeds without losing any of the ivy we wanted to maintain, and also removal of a couple of stumps and crazy vines and such.
