I called to let them know what had happened and they said they'd give us a refund or let us go through again so we ask for a refund instead. we went back there to get it and the lady looked at the vehicle an basically accused us of lying an said she don't know where we went to I'm assuming because it was still dirty as if it wasn't there when it was i mean if they got cameras they can roll them back plus I have a receipt. she ended up telling us she doesn't give refunds after they told us they would, just offered to send it through again which I turned down because they just lost a good customer!!! highly do not recommend if you have a dirty vehicle an want it cleaned. you'd be better off taking to one and doing it yourself!
