This man rolled up to my driveway in a van that looked like it had already lost a fight with a tornado, a raccoon, and possibly its own sense of self-worth. He hopped out, spilled an entire soda, and said, "Don't worry, that happens." Sir. SIR. Why is that your greeting?? He opened my hood, nodded like he was understanding the secrets of the universe, then poked a totally random part and said, "Yep, that's your problem." When I asked what the problem was, he said and I quote, "Mechanic stuff." Thirty minutes later my car was making a new sound I can only describe as "haunted dishwasher screaming into the void." I asked him if that was normal and he said, "Cars make noises." Then he charged me an amount of money so offensive I think it might be a hate crime against my bank account. He drove away. My car died. In the same moment. Like they were spiritually connected and my car couldn't continue living after witnessing whatever he did to it. I asked him to at least refund us for the money we paid in the parts. So he stopped responding. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. He took our car parts and sold them for cash and our car still isn't running. We've had to have another mechanic take a look and begin to work on the car. This was a very unpleasant experience I wish on no one.

A dear friend of mine was displeased with the quality of service she was receiving from the business and posted her feelings in a respectful way on Facebook. Heather posted comments calling my friend (a well-employed college graduate) and other commenters "hoodrats" and then said she's "white and doesn't care" what others think. Prior to that point, NO ONE had mentioned race. Heather, apparently has it on her mind though and forgot that all money is green. All money matters, right? So take your money and spend it at a business who knows that and values customers of ALL kinds. THIS place isn't it. ETA 8/14/18; I just noticed that some man who admits to being unfamiliar with the issue decided to chime in and claim that Heather "isn't racist" (she most certainly IS racist and proudly admitted as much in the appalling comments she openly made on FB). Further, that same man decided to excuse Heather's unprofessional behavior by placing blame on the PAYING CUSTOMER. If that person is indicative of the kind of advice the management is getting about addressing serious issues with customer service and public behavior, then I'm utterly convinced this business needs to cease to exist. Even McDonald's will do what is required to keep customers happy (except, maybe, keeping the ice cream machines working ). These people clearly prefer to shirk responsibility for their sub-par service and then seek to blame others for their wrongdoing. He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread.
