It changes throughout the day, it starts with typical breakfast, then shuts down for a couple of hours and offers Mexican at lunch then shuts down for another two hours and re-opens at night as a Sushi place. It always smelled good when we walked by. They also had a spa which offered some good deals if you were staying there, but we were trying to check other things off our list. I would definitely come back another time and take advantage of these services considering the price point.

They offer different packages with all kinds of options, but the main medicine they offer is Bufo Alvarius which is toad venom (DMT) and it's the strongest psychedelic available. We went for their Gold package which was a three night stay that included vibration therapy, multiple sauna and cold plunge sessions, sensory deprivation therapy and Kambo (frog venom) and Bufo Alvarius (toad venom). My friend was unable to do the Kambo which is not a psychedelic, but I had a wonderful experience with it. It's a cleanse often referred to as the Amazonian vaccine. It causes you to purge and afterward my mind felt clear and sharp and my body felt super light. I did not have a breakthrough with the Bufo as I believe I was resistant to it, although it still had positive effects and left me calm and appreciative of life and my physical body. They also offer magic mushrooms and Changa (DMT derived from a root) that offers a gentler experience. Either way you will leave feeling changed but it's up to you with what you do with what you learn. All of the guides were gentle souls and have plenty of experience with the medicines themselves. He greeted us and quickly loaded our luggage into his immaculate and comfortable SUV. Jose offered us cold water and even accommodated a quick detour to Starbucks for much-needed coffee (we took a redeye into Cancun). Jose was very friendly, helpful, and informative, and we chatted the entire 2-hour car ride. He saved us a trip into town by taking us to an exchange house "Casa de Cambio" (we needed pesos) and gave us a quick tour of the best places to eat in downtown Tulum. Jose is very knowledgeable of the entire Quintana Roo/Yucatan region and can take you anywhere you need. We also used TLS on our return trip to the airport. Jose arrived early and had cold bottles of water ready for the car ride. When we return to Tulum, Jose will be the first person we contact for all our transportation needs. Jose provides a high-quality experience and we found his prices to be very reasonable (we have paid much more for private transportation from Cancun to Tulum and vice versa in the past).

We were heading into Tulum so the drive from the airport was much shorter in comparison to driving from Cancun. The airport felt smaller but still very commercial. The walk from the terminal to immigration was short. The staff are friendly and there are plenty of art scattered around. There are eateries but they were outside the gates. There is bag check after immigration. They check for fresh produce like fruits or tobacco. After exiting, there were plenty of transportation companies soliciting for business. We booked our transportation so we zoomed through, waving no and saying no thank you! Overall, the airport looks cool and was easy to navigate around!

Customs was quick and easy and it only took us about 30-40 minutes to get to our hotel in the tulum beach area. Just be aware of the solicitors by the exit. We had previously reserved private transportation ahead of time which made things easy. Will definitely fly in here next time we come to tulum instead of flying in to Cancun as it can take 2 hours to get to Tulum from the Cancun Airport.

The front desk is very helpful, good English and will help you book anything you need or provide you recommendations -- they also let me use their phone to call my local tour guide. The location is not in the center of Tulum but is only a 10-15 minute walk, and about a 10-15 minute bike ride down to the ruins. It is right next to the San Francisca Supermarket - which if you ask the ADO bus they will stop right there. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. They provide a safe in the room, comfy bed with air conditioning, great water pressure on the shower -- great stay!

The pool area is well shaded (I enjoy my family's exposure to ionizing radiation being as low as reasonably achievable) and the hotel was quiet for my baby's naps. However, the most important thing to mention is the hospitality. Picture a dear friend of yours, and that they know where everything is, how to do everything, answers questions without you even knowing that you needed the answer, and that they speak 9 languages. This person is named Jana, and she made our stay here wonderful. The owners are also kind, magnificent individuals. If I were to win the lottery tomorrow, which would be odd since I don't gamble, I would promptly obtain a permanent residence here and spend the rest of my days enjoying the pool, and absorbing Jana's contagious optimistic perspective.

Our guide Marcos (we requested since we had him on our 1st tour) is always friendly, outgoing, helpful and full of knowledge. We love how personalized this tour was, it was only me and my beautiful wife, along with Marcos and Don Phil. We stared the day with Don Phil, a Mayan, who performed a cleansing ritual to protect us on our travels. Though I couldn't understand the Mayan language I could feel the message and positive energy. We not only asked for protection in our travels but he renewed our vows as we were celebrating 18 years of marriage. Super cool and thankful for the honoring of native traditions and including us in blessings. Exploring amazing cavern cenotes in a closed system with stalagmites and stalactites everywhere, with varying sizes and types is a spectacular experience. Marcos is able to share so much detailed information and history, incorporating a focus on preservation and respect of the natural treasures. We toured 3 different cenotes, got amazing photos, and ended the day with a killer, authentic, home cooked meal (chicken en mole and beef chile relleno). I would not hesitate returning as these guys have always been my number one recommendation, since our 1st time with them in 2021.

The lagoons are absolutely stunning and the canal that you float down is peaceful and crystal clear. The guides are fairly quiet but EXTREMELY knowledgeable if you ask them any questions. There are a few ruins around that you can get out and look at as well as they will tell you the history of the canals. Very interesting and informative. The thing my husband and I talk about and remember most of our Tulum trip is this experience. Good thing to know ahead of time however is the loooooong walk on the boardwalk back to the boat. Make sure you have a good pair of Keen sandals or something that are comfortable to walk about a half mile or so.
