My unit was an interior space, which I was a little unhappy about before actually seeing it. I had thought it might be difficult to move things in and out without drive-up access, but that wasn't a problem at all thanks to the large dollies they keep available by entrances. Plus, this interior unit has been completely free of bugs and dust! Billing reminders are sent out monthly and payments can be made online. When it was time for me to move out, I just gave them a quick call to let them know. Whenever I've stopped by the office or called the staff, including a weekend evening call when I couldn't get my gate code to work, they've been super friendly and helpful.
