I had a rough start, but it is a process and making sure I provided detailed Feedback about each date that was rough at the start, lead me to my person! We have been what they call Happy Hold for 6 months now and enjoying every moment together. It is never boring, ever, with him! All I know is, this is a way better avenue than online dating. The vetting, all the leg work they do gave me back hours of every day back to me from searching online. I hate reading this was not so pleasant for other's. My suggestion is do what I did, send an email or call your Matchmaker and start fresh. I was frustrated in the beginning like I said, but after I calmed down and spoke to my matchmaker and started fresh, it worked for me. It did take 6 matches, but that 6th one is the one. I left there thinking I came to the right place, I was going to meet amazing men and was really feeling like I had made an investment in mysefl! What a complete letdown! My program had 10 dates, I only went on 8 as the matches were nothing like I had requested. Lori the initial contact really did a great job "selling" me on the service, yet it started with her not putting any information in my profile we had discussed. I found this out when my first matchmaker asked me to update my profile. Minimal information along with the awful photo she took of me that day. Eventhough she had asked my a lot of questions and sent me her number to add better pictures. I cried on my way home after each date. NONE of the men I was matched with were within my dating paramaters. I spoke to the matchmaker, even tried higher management. Lori said she would always be there to assist, when I reached out to her with a concern, she told me I was now in the hands of the matchmaker. No one was even the slightest bit interested in helping. My last date I felt so uncomfortable with I had to tell the waitress to please keep checking on the table. I should have walked out, but I am a lady, well-mannered and did not want this "man" to give me a bad review. However, after that date I decided to cut ties with the complany and cut my losses. PLEASE DO NOT use this service!
