The agency itself has access to booking all mainstream holiday packages including its own range of package holidays. They are also able to book flight and rail or coach tickets to all major locations. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. A wide variety of brochures are available to take away and browse. All in all I found dealing with these people to be stress free and easy.

The shop has an area for currency exchange and always offer great rates of exchange. The store has a large shelving unit along one way with a huge range of holiday brochures which are free to take and browse through. Along the other wall is a long cashier style table area which is split into little sections for each different travel agent. The staff are extremely helpful and are happy to give you a lot of attention and advice.

Throughout the store there are about 5 desks where the travel agents are sat and you sit at their desks with them whilst you discuss holiday options. The staff are extremely helpful and are happy to give you a lot of attention and advice. Last time I visited one travel agent sat with me for at least an hour just giving me various ideas of places to go on my honeymoon and giving me quotes!

Secondly the staff are extremely helpful here and are always very patient with me! Last time I booked a holiday through them I changed my dates, duration and choice of hotel on several occasions and the girl dealing me remained helpful when I would have wanted to strangle me! Their prices are good, not too expensive and well worth it. The only drawback to the service is that they don't do very late/early pick ups like 3am.
