This is my travel agent of choice in Darlington and my first stop if I am looking to book a holiday or for currency. My first reason for this is the location; situated in Cockerton village makes Hays easy to access and you can always grab a parking space in the car park across the road behind Somerfield. Secondly the staff are extremely helpful here and are always very patient with me! Last time I booked a holiday through them I changed my dates, duration and choice of hotel on several occasions and the girl dealing me remained helpful when I would have wanted to strangle me!
