Hays travel is a really helpful and well priced travel agent located in the centre of Billingham…read moretown. The shop is open regular hours but unfortunately does not currently open on a Sunday which could be quite useful. The shop has an area for currency exchange and always offer great rates of exchange as well as giving a great rate of exchange back to great British pounds when you return to the UK. The store has a large shelving unit along two walls with a huge range of holiday brochures which are free to take and browse through. There is a seating area for you to sit in whilst waiting to speak to a travel agent which is very helpful and makes your visit much more pleasant. Throughout the store there are about 5 desks where the travel agents are sat and you sit at their desks with them whilst you discuss holiday options. The staff are extremely helpful and are happy to give you a lot of attention and advice. Last time I visited one travel agent sat with me for at least an hour just giving me various ideas of places to go on my honeymoon and giving me quotes!
