On all occasions the staff have been friendly, courteous and informative. The branch has the widest choice of brochures I have ever seen, and even has a photo booth for passport photos.

The place was very well presented and had all sorts of holidays available. It was the store manager who served me and we discussed the type of holiday I was after and what they had to offer me. The discussion was a little slow at first because she was trying to get a specific holiday idea out of me, which I didn't know and kept finding holidays that were out of my budget. The discussion got better though and they had some good deals to offer and some that were not so good. For each offer she went through everything clearly (resort, flights, things to do, price etc.) Unlike many other travel agents there was no pressure to secure anything there and then, which was a great relief. She even emailed me the details allowing me time to think more about them. Seeing as though I am looking to book last minute ( I know that's not good organisation) I was hoping for something cheaper but what they offered beats anything else I've found so I will definitely be coming back to book!
