My friend and I heard a kitten crying inside the engine compartment of a parked car on campus, and…read morecampus security, firefighters, a police officer, and school staff came to help. After three hours, we finally rescued her, but she needed medical attention. We rushed her here, and the callousness of the staff was inexcusable. The vets refused to examine her because it would interfere with their lunch break, and the front desk told us we would have to come back 2 hours later. If a baby animal that has been trapped inside a hot car for hours and is bleeding and terrified isn't enough to postpone lunch, I genuinely do not understand how anyone would trust these people to give their fur babies the care they deserve under normal circumstances. We took her to a different center, and she has gotten the medical attention she deserves.

Never Again!, my dog was drunk and traumatized. I later, while listening to others in a vet office, overheard that their dogs had to be sedated also. I realized then, that is was not my dog needing sedated, but it was the groomers lack of experience and knowledge of animals. I prefer a person with the experience to handle a nervous dog. Penelopes Pets is the place. don't make the mistake and take them elsewhere, your dog could be the next one sedated.
