I also want to acknowledge the business owner; he really did a lot for the community in the early days of the pandemic and I'll never forget that. I glanced over their summer drink menu and went with the maple miso matcha latte with almond milk. I decided to work remotely in the shop myself. It's pretty modern and chic inside and very friendly service. The matcha was a bit too milk forward for my liking where the matcha almost disappeared. The miso maple flavor however was pretty good and had a slight salty/nutty sweetness that I wish would've brought the matcha flavor out more. The person next to me ordered a breakfast burrito that looked amazing. So maybe that's definitely worth trying out!

While they do not feature an espresso bar, their hot brewed coffee, iced coffee, and canned cold brew with oat milk are wonderful. I particularly enjoyed their iced coffee with cream and their housemade brown sugar nutmeg simple syrup--a recipe the owner and coffee master was more than happy to share after I admired it. ​They also carry a small but pleasantly unexpected selection of artisan foods from around the Finger Lakes area, including granola, shortbread cookies, pastas, specialty salts, and more. Plus, they sell their beans by the pound--beans which they source directly from coffee growers and roast weekly on-site. ​Additionally, following the farm's first dahlia show this September, I was able to purchase some of their dahlia seeds--which came complete with expert planting and transplanting advice from the owner. ​Overall, the pricing is fair, with the canned cold brews leaning slightly expensive, but in a pleasant, small-splurge kind of way. ​While there are tables available, the space is better suited for catching up with a small group of friends rather than setting up to work for hours. ​The hospitality is exceptional, and the entire experience feels deeply connected to the farm. Good coffee, staff more concerned about ignoring the line…read more... I was a little shocked at the sign advising customers to not approach the counter until summoned. There were 5-6 people behind the counter, all loudly gossiping with each other, but only 2 seemed to be making a drink. As the line grew behind me, there was no attempt to help anyone. When it was finally my turn, the first eye contact was when the screen with tip choices was pivoted to me. Its a shame, as the brewed Columbian coffee I bought was good even though it was not fleshed brewed and sat in a pump thermos. I hope the owner understands how lucky they are that people seek out their business thats on a one way street...but if rude staff makes you feel ignored and like an outsider, Starbucks is much easier to find and be ignored at.
