Recently purchased a Tuff Shed from the actually brick and mortar Tuff Shed store. My sales person was DANNY MUNZAR. The experience was outstanding! Danny assisted w/ the appropriate sizing and type of structure I was seeking. Indulged me as I examined various demo sheds on site - numerous, numerous times. The build out, color selection, and computer rendering of the shed to include purchasing process was extremely smooth with no issues whatsoever. I look forward to many upcoming years w/ the shed as it's being turned into a pseudo-MAN CAVE. Thanks Danny and Tuff Shed!!! Completed pics to follow. read more

We had been looking at sheds for months and found it very difficult to find anyone knowledgeable enough at the big box home improvement stores to help us make a final decision. We decided to take a drive down to Tuff Shed in Tampa to see what they had to offer. We met with Kelvin Mathis and he was exceptional! We learned more about the construction and durability of their product on 30 minutes then we had learned in our months of shopping around! Kelvin was absolutely the utmost professional and made our buying experience and absolute pleasure. We are so excited for our installation!! read more

We've been looking for a shed for some time now. We finally landed on Tuff Shed due to the quality of their construction and ultimate longevity in comparison to other shed's we researched. Danny Munzar was our representative. He provided the perfect amount of follow up to and through scheduling. We probably would have delayed the purchase further had it not been for his constant and compelling attention to our needs. He was a real pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier with our Tuff Shed!!!! Thank you Danny. read more

Bought a new shed, 10x16, $9000, and worst shed I've ever owned. Warped roof, rusted out nails. Repair guy from tuff shed came out and said problems were from poor installation and he could make it right. THAT WAS 5 MONTHS AGO! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY ANY OTHER SHED! If you can, build it yourself and you can do it for half of their price. I'm disabled now but I used to always build my own sheds. These pics are from its 1st month. read more

Danny was great. Went on a Saturday expecting just to look around, Danny was there and made the process easy. We had. Even trying to select a shed for about a year, but couldn't find exactly what we needed. Danny designed exactly what we were looking for, and had us on our way in about an hour. Set up was done in about a week and the installers (I felt so bad for them) worked on and extremely hot and through a heavy rain. Really good experience. read more

Danny was great and really helped us get what we were looking for. The Shed was installed within a week!

I am so happy with my beautiful shed I bought from Tuff Shed. Danny M.made the whole process painless, and the shed was assembled by a very nice and beautifully skilled team. A week has come and gone since there have been any updates. We just received a call from the project manager. Supposedly, they will be out here Friday, June 2nd, to complete the job. The project manager, the work crew, and the building inspector are supposed to be here at the same time. This is to make sure that all known problems are corrected and the remaining portion of the shed is completed. When that happens, the inspector will approve and sign off that the shed is completed to code. Can only hope at this point. read more

I had a great experience with the design process and installation by Danny Munzar. He and his partner were quick to build our 10' x 12' TuffShed. He was courteous, professional, and on time (actually early!). The shed is a beautiful addition to our backyard. I haven't moved anything into it yet as it was just built, but I have no doubts it will meet or exceed expectations. Danny's customer service went above and beyond. read more

Let me start by, do not think the process with them will be fast by any means. They will take months to "engineer" your shed unless you buy a prefabricated one. Then it will take a month or more to build the shed on site. The timeline issues will be put on the county for requiring several inspections. Let me tell you, the county (Polk) comes out within 24 hours of the request submission (you can view their response to requests if you make a polk citizen accela account as you have a build being done) every time, they are great. But, based on the way tuff shed internally handles each phase of build, it takes tuff shed several days to notify the county and then several days after county phase approval to schedule their contractors back out. If you don't stay on top of it after the county is done each inspection I suspect a normal build time would take up to 2 months. Too note, contractors Luis and crew, were great by the way!!! Then, if an issue arises good luck with getting with getting someone to respond back to you in a timely manner. Same day, forget it; and a day or two later is not timely to correct issues and be there for the consumer. Bottomline, 4 months in from start and I'm still awaiting for a final county approval and the company to get back to me to remedy on their failure. Nice looking products but for the pricing of all the extra "fees" (like "engineering") and time headaches, I'd steer clear. read more

Tuff shed is Great. From day 1 The staff was very nice and friendly. They have lots of examples you can see in person to get a feel for the right size and design. The process from design to installation was easy and quick. It took less than 1 week from payment to schedule the install the same week the installers arrived on time. It took about 4-5 Hours to build the shed and they did an excellent job. Im happy with my purchase. read more

I could not be more happy with my Tuff shed. It has enough space for my pool equipment and general groundskeeping items. Kelvin provided outstanding customer service. I had Tuff Shed build a garden shed in my backyard last year and have been very happy with it. So happy I have been working with them to build a garage for me. The city I live in has been somewhat difficult to work with due to zoning and being in a historic district so I have had to go back ... several times ... and get new drawings done. Lance has been tremendously helpful and accommodating. I have to be one of his biggest pains right now as this has taken about a year. With any luck I'll finally get approval from the city in December and finally break ground. Again just a shout out to Lance for being excellent at helping. As someone who comes from a sales background it's refreshing to meet someone in the same profession as dedicated to the customer as he is. read more

Zero stars if possible. Dealing with these people is the worst experience I've had in years. No communication, lies, trickery...rude management, etc, etc, etc. I ordered a shed in October 2014 and it was just delivered eleven days ago. The Tuff Shed website says that it would be built in one day. The handyman they sent to build it called me today to tell me it was finished but Collier County will not permit the building because he's not a general contractor....what? Didn't Tuff Sheds management check to see if he had a license before they hired him? Everything about dealing with these people has been a nightmare! I couldn't even get a complaint in to their corporate office. I sent an e mail to them and got a damage control e mail back but haven't even gotten a call back from the Tampa store manager or the salesman. I mean, what should I expect? I only bought a $15,000. shed from them. Do yourself a favor...be careful! read more

Very professional, great quality! Very happy with our new shed! Much better selection and easy to choose colors at the actual business as opposed to going through Home Depot. I would not recommend this place to NO one. I order a shed and when they finally assembled it and was put in my Backyard there was nothing but issues. I have called Mike the Assnt Mgr along with staying in contact with my sales rep Ryan Nix and as of Today, the She is still not fully completed. The Corner Rounds have cracks where moister and water will be able to get into and the base by the roof has separation which is WRONG. So I am still waiting for someone to call me and come out to repair these defects. Terrible Company with Terrible Management and terrible follow up read more

Lance at the Tuff Shed location in Tampa was professional, easy-going, had great knowledge of his products, and answered what must have seemed like a hundred different questions that my wife and I had about sheds. Currently in the process of getting a shed installed. They do what they want when they want and do not respond to customer needs. You call and you don't receive a call back instead you call multiple times and get excuses and get people who truly don't care . Every inspection that instead of the company scheduling as agreed and paid for I set up. Every inspection had multiple issues which I had to again try to track the installation department down to get someone set up to fix for re-inspection. I can't wait for the process to be over. DO NOT BUY FROM THE TAMPA CLEARWATER AREA UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE THE SAME BAD SERVICE. read more

I am very satisfied with Tuff Shed. The building is wonderful. These guys are the real deal. I shopped around at 3 or 4 different shed companies before finally deciding on my 12x16 workshop. Every aspect of the purchase process was professionally handled. When I toured the showroom, the sales guy was very knowledgeable of the product, materials, and the local zoning/permitting guidelines. The sales guy came to my house and helped me design my building exactly the way I wanted and had some great ideas on how to better utilize the space for my needs. They even have permit specialists who pull the permits for all of their customers if needed. The install crew was very friendly, professional, and after about 7-8 hours, they finished my building and even put a second coat of paint on it. I used to build houses when I was younger and these buildings are as strong as they come. They also have the 6" galvanized steel floor framing under the floor; which will outlast any kind of treated skids or runners. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship that goes into these buildings. The Tuff Shed did cost more than any of the other places I priced. I also looked at the Tuff Shed's at Home Depot but after weighing all the differences, I thought the factory direct Tuff Shed buildings were a better value. After owning my Tuff Shed for 4 years, I can definitely say that it was money well spent! I almost went with the cheaper option, but after realizing that I would have to look at this building almost every day, I decided to spend the extra money on the better built, better looking building. 5 stars!! read more

I dealt with Kelvin and was so impressed with him. I had looked around at other companies but once I saw the price and the quality I knew I would go with this company. Everytime I had a question Kelvin got right back to me. He made this transaction very easy. Jeff and Tony delivered it and I was so impressed with them too. They did an amazing job getting the shed centered perfectly where I wanted it. They showed up on time and they were easy to talk too. I would recommend this company to anyone. Tuff Shed Brandon/Tampa location. Before I arrived at the Tuff Shed showroom I selected the model Shed I wanted via their website. Kelvin, my salesman, asked me used for the shed and based on my answers made three upgrades that I was not aware of. These upgrades were front and rear ventilation as well as a ventilated roof. Also pressure treated lumber because my property is in a flood zone. Minimal cost upgrades that really protect my investment. The installers arrived on time and assembled ina clean and timely manor (4 hours). Great professional product with excellent customer service. Highly recommend! read more

Super Satisfied Customer! Dealt with Lance Evens at Tuffs Shed Tampa location on a Tuesday. He was able to come out that evening to assess tear down of old shed and overhang, and to confirm measurement of new shed. Following Saturday, he took down the old shed, and hauled everything away. Monday morning, we got a 7 am call confirming 8 am appointment for build. They arrived, built a new shed and overhang, and left my property at 2:30. We have done many renovation and home improvement projects throughout the years, to our home and property. This was the most seamless, and cost gratifying addition to date. ~ PS we got two estimates to repair our old shed, and overhang roof. It was almost cheaper for us to get EXACTLY what we wanted, with better up to date building material, and warranty. We are extremely happy with this new shed!!!! Ive enclosed pic.
