I received this gift from a friend as condolences of the death of my lovely mother. They tried to deliver on Wednesday June 6 but we weren't home. We called them that evening and they said they would deliver it the next day. We asked and were told they would make a new one for us for the next day. We called them around noon the next day to see when they would arrive and were told it was out for delivery. Finally around 1:45PM it came. We put it in the fridge because we had to head to the funeral home. That evening when we got home we opened it and the first thing we saw was a moldy strawberry. The pineapple was brownish looking also. Obviously they brought the 2 day old arrangement to us. When you are the seller of perishable food you would think you'd call to set up a delivery time because time is of the essence. This arrangement was a huge disappointment. When people saw the moldy strawberry they wouldn't try any of it. The whole arrangement was discarded I tried to email the store but your web site didn't recognize the order number from the tag. I called and left a message asking somebody to call me the next day but that didn't happen either. Needless to say I won't purchase anything from this establishment in the future and give them the thumbs down rating.
