I feel welcome and invited each time I visit. Today we ordered the Five meat treat pizza (I asked to have spicy pepperoni and spicy sausage today) which is my (Charley) favorite and my wife ordered the Turkey Bacon Club Sub. While we were waiting for our order, the owner brought a sample (okay it wasn't just a sample but a full order) of their new Party Bread. WOW!! Garlic, cheese topping, buttery deliciousness on fresh dough. You definitely will not be disappointed by adding this to your personal menu options next time you come here! While waiting for someone to ask, I observed the manager discussing with the people eating that their food was cold. The reason the manger said the food was cold was because it was coming from outside. Then all the dinners started complaining about their food being cold. The manager got mad and said then you guys can have a refund. Since now we are over an hour since our reservation time we asked for a refund. The manager looked and me and walked off. I followed him and asked again in which he gave me a half baked answer. Then some woman I'm assuming was management approached me aggressively to go outside and talk. She thought she was going to chastise me like her kid or something. This place is ran by a bunch of people that don't know about customer service. We requested a refund as a lot of others. The Crème Brûlée was super rich and silky. Creme Brûlée's are one of my favorite desserts so this one from The Venetian Estate held up to my expectations. The Maple Blondie had wonderful flavor, it was nice and chewy. The Ice-cream on top was very yummy, and the sauce drizzled had a good flavor as well. The Bourbon Cake was mouthwatering. You could tell it had Bourbon in it (DUH LOL) but it was super good! The Bourbon flavor wasn't to overwhelming. The Bourbon Cake was nice and light. The cake was not heavy at all. It was also served with Ice-cream. The sauce in the bottom of the dish also had a Bourbon flavor which was nice. I loved all of the desserts and would come back and give them all another taste.
