I will be eternally grateful to Dr. Blessing and her outstanding team at TBF!  Although I had always been put in the highest possible category of best possible health by life - and health insurances and by my family doctor, even until shortly before my first visit with Dr. Blessing at Tucson Biofeedback, I did not feel that way.  The reason for my visit had been a list of annoying symptoms, reducing the quality of my life. Most of these symptoms had been worsening slowly over time during the past two years.  Every doctor I had asked before, would explain my symptoms with "age" or say "it is unknown'. These are my "BEFORE & AFTER's to show what's possible. BEFORE: A) Osteoarthritis with holes in cartilage of both knee joints ( on and off pain level 4 in left knee ) since I was 25. B) OA in both thumb joints ( pain level left: 8, causing waking up at night ) C) Swelling of lymph nodes on both sides ( hip area ) causing pain when lifting left leg D) Thumb nail fungus left since years, even though applying the newest and best topical solution on the market, prescribed by dermatologist E) Seasonal allergies even while taking my prescribed medication F) Inflamed inside of tip of my nose with painful recurring pimple G) Brain Fog, often unable to think clear and fast H) Unable to stay focused I)  Nervousness/fear without any  obvious reason (to me) J) Hot flashes with sweat running down my entire body  every 1/2 hour K) Waking up every 2 hours throughout the night AFTER - I followed Dr. Blessing's Wellness Plans & Sessions: A) Pain level in left knee: now 0, in addition to that I am able to fully stretch my left leg now and bend it almost 100%, which had not been possible since 33 years old B) Pain level in left thumb joint: down to a 2  now ( before 8 ) C)  Painful swelling of lymph nodes on both sides: entirely gone D) Left thumb nail fungus: growing out and is now almost gone E) No more seasonal allergies F)  No more inflamed inside of the tip of my nose, no more pimples G,H,I)  My mind is now almost always clear, sharp and fast,  I am able to focus for longer and I am constantly in an emotionally upbeat state J, K)  The hot flashes occur only about 3 times per day now, they are less sweaty and I wake up at the most, once per night. I FULL- HEARTEDLY recommend Tucson Biofeedback to everyone who is committed to healing oneself. I feel like, they took me by my hand and guided me into the light of a healthy body, mind & soul. read more

Short version: In my opinion, "Dr." Anna Blessing scammed me, and her main goal was to extract money out of me. Once I called her out about this, she stopped liking me. She has a lot of her own healing to do. By the way, her doctorate is from the University of Sedona, so she's not a typical doctor, that's why she put her practice under a ministry. In my opinion, there are far better options available for those looking to heal. Unless you're excited to spend over $11,000+ for minimum results, look elsewhere. Long version: I had a weird feeling about her from the beginning, but I ignored my intuition about her because she said that she's the person everyone goes to when they've tried everything else and have exhausted all other resources. She makes miracles happen. She can be very convincing, and if you're desperate to improve your health, you're her perfect target. We had our 15-minute free call where I told her all the issues I needed help with and she was very aware of my full situation. I then paid $2200.00, which is her in-person consultation fee. That should've been a red flag right there. Who charges $2200.00 for a consultation? She made it sound like she was going to use these really high level machines and that's why she charges so much for a consult. The consultation doesn't use any high-level machines. They are pretty basic. So after $2200.00 for a consultation, her premium package if you're getting FSM and LENS biofeedback is $8995.00 It comes with an overpriced water bottle that is supposed to hydrate you at a cellular level. The bottle is from the network marketing company OlyLife, and the Hertz vibration plate that she includes in her package is also from OlyLife. She is affiliated with different network marketing companies. You can't take those products off of the purchasing price of her packages. It comes with it. She then had a lower package of $2995.00 which I chose. Fast forward to my 2nd-to-last session with her. I walked into her office that day, and her demeanor changed because she thought all of my sessions were completed with her. She got very cold, as if now that my sessions were over, she didn't need to act nice to me anymore. Her fake mask fell off. I reminded her, No, I still have one more session left. I told her that I hadn't felt any tangible results, and all of my symptoms I came in with were still the same. She then told me that I had purchased the starter package and most people don't see results with that. That package is only to test her services. So I paid $2995.00 to test services? What a joke. Be mindful that once you sign up with her, she will recommend different supplements to you and products to purchase. They will have affiliate links attached to the links she provides you with, so she can suck as much money out of you as she can. If you do sign up with her, remove her affiliate code from the URL link before you buy the product. She never told me in advance that she would get paid through the affiliate links she gave me, which is unethical. There should've been a disclosure or a heads up to let me know. I went to her for healing and instead she gaslight me and caused chaos. If I could do it all over again, I would've paid attention to the red flags from the beginning. read more

Dr. Anna Blessing helped me heal from mold exposure and figured out my daughter was autistic after seeing multiple doctors and neurologist with no answers. I kept telling them something is wrong with her brain but they told me she was okay. I am very thankful for Dr Blessing for figuring this out and suggesting to get my daughter evaluated for autism. My daughter is getting the help she needs finally. If you are frustrated with doctors not helping you get better, then book an appointment with Tucson Biofeedback and Dr Blessing. Its well worth it! read more

2000 for a consult. Then told to order her " special water" and use her program. Which was quoted at 47000. No joke. She is NOT AN MD. FALSE ADVERTISING. read more

Last summer I was diagnosed with PMR. Needless to say, I was ready to close my practice as steroids were the only supposed treatment with all their horrid side effects. When Dr. Anna Blessing started treating me, it was about 1 week and the excruciating, never ending pain was virtually gone. Several weeks later I could treat patients again. Yes, I have continually progressed, and the day before the Super Bowl I ran a jack hammer all day with little to no difficulty. My pain, my migraines, acid reflux etc. are no longer present. Thank you, Anna you have saved my life and practice. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr Blessings and Tucson Biofeedback. I did a three month treatment to help process grief from a family members death and to improve some symptoms I was having around digestion and sleep. Dr Blessings used primarily FSM and LENS with me and I really liked both and experienced a gradual but tremendous improvement in my symptoms. She also shared many resources with me over the course of my treatment that I'm still using today to support my mental health and well-being. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with physical or emotional symptoms and looking for a treatment that works with the root of the issue. read more

Having spent the last decade of my life perusing every alternative health treatment I could find (or so I thought!) in my quest to find answers to my enduring and worsening health symptoms, I came across Tucson Biofeedback and Dr. Blessing. Not only did Dr. Blessing and her staff open my eyes to the many alternatives I had not yet tried, but my symptoms related to MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome), POTS/dysautonomia, and food sensitivities all began to improve. This didn't happen overnight and I still struggle with some symptoms, especially when I don't stay vigilant about being proactive. My food sensitivities are pretty much totally gone. When I started at TBF, I was having mast cell attacks so severe, they would last a minimum of 48 hours, and many resulted in ER visits. The dysautonomia was extreme with swings in HR of up to 80 bpm. It has now been over 8 months since I've had a mast cell attack and my everyday life and functioning is hardly recognizable from the day I walked through their door. Much gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Blessing and her entire staff! read more

I had been experiencing very odd symptoms for the last 3 years. I did a number of different tests and everything always came back normal. I saw different specialists and they could not figure out what was going on. They only thing that they could diagnose me was orthostatic hypertension which is a rare condition in Western Medicine. In the last 3 years I made 7 trips to the ER due to high blood pressure episodes. My balance and gait were becoming a problem, My symptoms progressively got worse to the point that in August of 2023 I stopped working and had to move back to Tucson from Phoenix and stay at my mom's. I really started to have trouble walking, standing, and even sitting up. By late October of 2023 I officially became bed ridden. If we needed to go somewhere like a doctor's appointment my mom had to push me in a wheel chair. I never prayed so hard in my life. I began thinking this could be it for me. Feeling desperate and determined, I decided to google dysautonomia treatment centers in Tucson even though I had already seen a couple of neurologists when I was in Phoenix and they had just thought I had anxiety and just needed to see a psychiatrist and a cardiologist for my hypertension. Tucson Biofeedback came up and I researched the website. I felt like right then and there God answered my prayers. I showed the website to my mom and I said I think this place is it. I really think they are going to figure out what's going on and get me all the treatment that I need. In my consultation appointment, I was in a wheelchair crying in Dr. Blessing's office feeling very emotional. I was afraid that maybe just like all the other specialists that I had seen in Western Medicine and even a couple in natural pathic medicine she would not be able to figure out what I have. During that appointment, for the first time, I thought to myself, it sounds like this Doctor knows what's going on and the types of treatments I need. A couple of days later she went over the reports and I was blown away. From my glands, hormones, nervous system, organs, allergenic triggers, etc. everything was out of wack. She was able to pin point what's happening and why. She went over the full biofeedback body scan, stress test, and lens neurofeedback report. She explained how the brain was basically shut down and how my body shut down and could not handle much stress. These treatments have been miraculous to say the least. Just after a few weeks of treatment I was no longer in a wheelchair and was using a cain, then no longer using a cain. After a couple of months I no longer had to lay down in bed during the day. Today I can do light exercises throughout the day, drive a little bit, walk a few streets daily, stand for long periods, and I find myself doing more every week or two. Symptoms are becoming less and I am able to think more positively. I am becoming fully restored and better than ever! I am very lucky I found Dr. Blessing. I don't know where I would be if I didn't find her. I obviously highly recommend her to everyone! I hope and pray that there will be more Dr. Blessings in this country and this world because Western Medicine and even natural pathic medicine in a lot of ways are far behind and Dr. Blessing gets to the root cause of any health issue and how to go about treating and healing those issues. Thank you Dr. Blessing and Tucson Biofeedback staff for everything you do! May God bless you! - Kind regards, AJ read more

I have been coming to Tucson Biofeedback for two years now and I can't say enough good things about it. Such kind and wonderful people. I first discovered biofeedback while desperately searching for answers to relieving my anxiety and stress. I had tried other, traditional forms of treatment and found them lacking in lasting results. Not to mention that there were so many side effects that I felt like a shell of myself. I found Anna and initially tried a few of her EVOX treatments. I noticed very quickly that my anxiety was reducing more and more. My stress levels became much easier to manage and I began to feel a growing sense of wellness and calm. Seeing such great results in the EVOX treatments, I moved on to Anna's biofeedback treatments in order to address chronic fatigue and pain. With each passing day, I feel less pain and more energy than I have felt in probably 20 years. I can finally enjoy what each day brings and enjoy life to the fullest! read more

My experience at TBF has been absolutely amazing. For almost 15 years now I have suffered with a lot of dis-ease in my body. I gave up on typical western medicine in 2016 after I was medically retired from the US Military. I tried several options to try to gain at least part of my life back. I was dealing with chronic pain which felt like it was all over my body. I was always fatigued and my mind felt foggy all the time. One of my healers gave me a great book to read and I procrastinated to read it for about 3 years. The book recommended bio/neru feedback as a great place to heal from a whole host the things I was dealing with. I did a web search and sure enough Tucson Biofeedback came up. I immediately contacted them. At that time, I had no idea that moment would be the beginning of real healing. Dr Blessing invited me in for a consult to do some very gentle testing. After the results were read, she developed a comprehensive treatment plan. At that time, I had so much dis-ease in my body that I was taking two naps a day because I constantly felt fatigued. I was using pain management 3-6 times per day just to do normal house hold chores and errands. I could barely tolerate going to the store for groceries etc. I can tell you now that after 5 months of a very aggressive treatment plan I am a new person. I always look for measurable results, not just "I feel better". For 15 years I've suffered with fatigue, swelling in my head, hands and feet. To the point I was deemed unemployable by the VA. The great news is that after the 5 months of treatment at TBF I no longer have swelling in my head/hands or feet etc. I don't feel as fatigued, I can do errands and chores around the house with ease. Dr. Blessing and the staff at TBF are absolutely amazing. I think what makes them perfect for their jobs is they all went through some of the same issues I was dealing with and they found their path of freedom and healing at TBF. The loving care and treatments they offer at TBF have most certainly changed my life for the better and I don't know where I would be without the entire staff at TBF. At 46 I can now start the second chapter of my life with much more success than I ever would have thought was possible. To my Angels at TBF, thank you for saving me and giving me a life, I never thought would be possible. read more

I started working with Tucson Biofeedback in July of 2022. I tried working with Western Medicine Drs for years and was constantly dismissed of my chronic health condition. I had one phone call with Dr. Blessing and I was in absolute tears! The good feeling, happy tears! I felt understood and knew this place was going to help me in my healing journey! I am not only feeling so much better as a person, but I am also continuing to work on deep rooted traumas and emotions that have kept me ill. I am forever grateful to Dr. Blessing, Bri and little Anna and the entire staff at TBF! This placed saved my life! I highly recommend TBF 10/10! read more

For almost 10 years I suffered constant tiredness, depression, weight gain, migraines and embarrassing digestive issues. For the past 4 years I had on going or "bogus follow ups" with my primary care doctors checking my thyroid and stating everything looked "FINE" to redo test in 6 months and for depression "let's take a higher dosage of Zoloft- (anti-depressant I was on for over 10 years). I had had an eating disorder since I was 13 years old and was given Zoloft at age 18 which did help, but had had numb my feelings unknowingly. I was following what seems like a healthy diet to others followed by intense cardio workouts 5 times a week, but still felt beyond tired- a tiredness that would sometimes make me break down due to disbelief: this should be my prime time where I should have energy to do everything! I would eat a salad and would be bloated and have embarrassing gas/digestive issues, I would envy someone that ate a hamburger and didn't workout and looked good. Then later on I would feel the tiredness followed by sadness. I knew there was something wrong with me no matter how many times my medical providers would tell me my blood test looked "fine". I would be referred out to specialist where I would see the Provider for less than 10 minutes get charged about $300 a visit and get no where or would have to come back again to see them to get results and pay again. This cycle honestly made me feel even worse and financially putting a burden as it was getting me nowhere with no define answer. I found Tucson Biofeedback (TBD) on Groupon with an option of having a food sensitivity test done. I knew this was it, it had to be I was eating "super healthy". On my first visit I was greeted by MD Blessing and taken back to her office. This visit is truly unforgettable, never had I had a Provider that listen and had immediate answers; she ran the test and reviewed the foods with me. I was shocked foods like spinach was affecting me. That same visit MD Blessing gave me modifications I should do in my lifestyle which I quickly implemented and began to see differences. I decided to go ahead and schedule a Full Body Scan- this is where my life truly changed for the better. Not only did I have to modify my eating habits but my emotional health. This scan is no joke and pulls everything your body needs cleaning up on or adjustments. I was not prepared for the emotional health side aspect of this test; I broke down as MD Blessing would explain my results, it was like if your most hidden emotions show up. I again followed her advice on which seems like small changes but had drastic changes in my life. I decided to continue with my personalized treatment plan and have recently completed it. I had not had had the need for a nap since the beginning of my treatment; I wake up early and feel refreshed and want to be up and about. I no longer take Zoloft and seek natural remedies that do good to your body and I "feel" emotions. The hourly long migraines are gone! I no longer get bloated and have embarrassing gas. (PS: this is not a fix for you to eat French fries all day- you gradually intake what is actually truly healthy for you, and like any other diet go for some chocolate occasionally). Each treatment day for me was an adventure MD Blessing staff is amazing, they have all been patients of MD Blessing; they know what you are going through throughout your own personalized journey. As I have completed my treatment, I knew I had more growth and wanted to take more treatments at TBF. MD Blessing has helped me discover that my journey was way more than a weight-loss journey, its more to help me find myself. I feel like I have a voice and that I do have control of my life, although we all do have control of our life's, until you can truly practice it with intentions is when life starts making sense and feel as if you have a purpose. read more

Up until recently, I'd suffered from migraines for 17 years. It wasn't until my 3rd trip to the ER in less than a year that I decided that I had to find another solution. I felt like I had tried everything from conventional medicine to the totally bizarre. If someone said it might work, likely I had tried it. I had exhausted all the medication options from my neurologist including botox injections. I had tried functional medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, craniosacral work, various types of body work, herbal therapies, supplements, yoga, exercise, I had my ear pierced, I modified my diet, and the list goes on. I didn't think there was anything left to try. Before starting biofeedback therapy, I was experiencing about 15-20 migraines per month. They were debilitating. I was anxious and depressed. I was constantly worried about when the next migraine was coming. I felt like a prisoner to my migraine medications which were starting to cause rebound migraines and give me stomach ulcers. My life was passing me by and I was missing out on valuable time with my children and family. I haven't completed my treatments but I have already experienced a tremendous amount of relief from my biofeedback sessions. I haven't had a migraine in over a month. I made it through my last menstrual cycle with only one mild headache. In the past, hormones were my biggest trigger and I would usually end up with migraines from day 1 thru ovulation. It took a while to get here but the pay off is worth it. My advice to anyone considering biofeedback therapy is simply to do it! It has changed my life dramatically. It is a process and it takes some work but a life without migraines is priceless. Thank you, Anna! You have helped me get my life back. You are a kind, compassionate and caring healer. You made me feel like I wasn't on this journey alone. You not only gave me tools to help manage the pain you also gave me hope. I wish I would have found you years ago! read more

I cannot speak highly enough of the Tucson Biofeedback team and Dr. Anna Blessing. The effects of their treatments and guidance have been nothing short of miraculous. I suffered from Hashimoto's thyroiditis, psoriasis, and chronic fatigue for 20 years, limping my way through life with poor health, overwhelming stress, and just barely making it through each day. After a particularly stressful period in my life, my already tenuous grasp on health completely deteriorated. I developed fibromyalgia, neurological problems, brain fog, insomnia, depression, infections, vertigo and constant dizziness, nausea, and blood sugar swings so drastic that I was worried about passing out at random moments. Conventional western medicine failed me again and again in trying to help my chronic health issues and I was ready to give up. After 18 months of basically being bedridden, I saw a Groupon for a consultation at Tucson Biofeedback and purchased it on a whim. I was almost too sick to keep my first appointment in January of 2019 but will thank the universe to my dying day that I went. Dr. Anna's insights even from the first appointment were spot on. I gave her only a general outline of my health troubles but she took one look at my first scan and knew in incredible detail all the areas in which my body was struggling. She was even able to discern with startling accuracy the symptoms I hadn't even bothered mentioning. I was dumbstruck but I knew I'd finally found someone who could help me. I left Anna's office that Thursday morning with a short list of foods to avoid, foods to eat freely, and some simple lifestyle adjustments to make over the next few days while Anna formulated my health plan. I was still slightly skeptical since nothing had worked for me, but I was hopeful and willing to try. By the time Anna called me on Monday morning with my plan, the reduction in my pain was so amazing that I was speechless, I'd slept through the night for the first time in months, and my nausea and headaches were already calming down. I knew then that whatever Anna told me to do, I would do it. I have followed Anna's recommendations for supplements, practices, meditations, books, foods, and diligently come into the Biofeedback offices for treatments since that first appointment. I knew from the first day that I was on the correct healing path. This review is already huge so I will finish by saying this: for the first time in my life, not only am I confident that I will get better but I think I will actually be healthier than before I ever got sick. There isn't an aspect of my life that hasn't improved since I have been going to treatment at Tucson Biofeedback. I opened myself up to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing and have grown so much during this process. You have to be willing to follow Dr. Anna's plan but if you are anything like me, you will not be disappointed. The results have been beyond my wildest hopes. This will be an ongoing process for me but I thank my lucky stars everyday that I found Tucson Biofeedback. read more

Tuscon Biofeedback is absolutely amazing! My work with Anna helped to guide me into a level beyond what I could have previously imagined for myself. After having struggled for much of my life with ADHD, anxiety and depression, my work with Anna and EVOX broke me free of deep underlying patterns that were keeping me stuck and allowed me to find a new level of wholeness and achievement. I continue to transform to this day from EVOX sessions we did months ago, it's unlike any healing I've ever experienced before. Through our work together and the healing that occurred, I developed deep understanding and love for myself and the strength to know and live my life's purpose with joy and grace. Working with Anna is by far one of the best decisions I've made in this life. read more

I am so happy I found Tuscan Biofeedback! My results are amazing, and Dr. Anna truly helped me. I had broken multiple parts in my back from a car accident - from this I was having lots of pain, anxiety, GI problems, as well as tingling all over my body (mainly in my face). Through the biofeedback sessions with Dr. Anna, all of the above symptoms have immensely improved. I rarely have tingling anymore, I am able to eat without being insanely bloated, and my back is SO much better. I also really enjoyed my EVOX sessions with Dr. Anna. I did biofeedback remotely as I live in a different state. All of my experiences were great, and Dr. Anna is the nicest lady. I highly recommend Tuscan Biofeedback!! read more

I dove in to my first biofeedback session out of complete curiosity. No expectations , not even an idea of what was going to be the procedure. As i began my session with the guided meditation i entered theta state within 5 minutes. As i lay in bed relaxed with out any expectations i felt as if i was about to go into deep sleep. When i woke up i recieved the biofeedback report which was about 6 minutes of in depth explanation of what went on during the session (from another astral plane of course ). The feedback directly correlated my physical health problems with the balance in my chakras. 8 minutes after i discovered my first cloirvoyance (smell). Excellent session highly recommended. I already assisted 5 other people in engaging since my first session. read more
