We were also told to pick up Sunday from 8-9. Upon our arrival on Sunday 9/17 at 8am, no one was there until 8:25 after we made a call. We were then given 2- 2008 Street Glides one with 90,000 miles and one with 62,000 miles and 1- 2015 Road Glide with 42,000 miles. Within 1 mile of driving the one 2008 broke down when it lost rear shifter peg. We tried to call owner and had to leave message. He then had his son call us and ask where we were and that he would meet us and fix it. We had to ask for tools to ensure we didn't break down again. After then proceeding to Mt Lemmon, 2 bikes had to turn back because they weren't running correctly. We then called the owner and stated we were turning in the bikes after only a few hours of driving. When we asked for our deposit back we were informed that we could have continued to drive the bikes and we needed to give a 48 hour notice. Why the hell should we continue to drive broken bikes when we are being charged $150 per bike per day. Stay away from these guys. No good you will end up having a terrible time. I knew what I wanted and they ordered it for me, gave me the same online discount I would've gotten had I ordered it directly from the manufacturer. I was picked up at the airport on time, but halfway through the ride, I realized the driver was taking me to the wrong location - not the updated one I had sent them. I got to my new location fine, but still - not very professional. I had also arranged for Low Cost Rides to take me back to the airport when my trip was over. I called the day before to make sure they had my reservation - nope, they didn't. They added it to the calendar, though, and confirmed it with me. The next day, as I'm sitting and waiting for them to come get me, I called to make sure they were coming. Sure enough, he had put my pickup on the calendar for the wrong day. They rushed a (crappy) van to me and managed to get me to the airport on time, but it wasn't worth the anxiety about missing my flight at all. The one thing I can say as far as customer service goes was that they did not charge me for the second ride...but still, not worth it. I would spend the extra few bucks and use a better company, or just rent a car from the airport.
