I accidentally entered Freedom assuming it was another Furniture store. One word to explain my experience is - Wow! Prepare to be impressed. The furniture is artistically laid out and everything looks elegant and natural. They have smartly interlaced the various furniture pieces into one floor space and I felt I was walking into someone's private villa. The staff are very kind and polite and more than willing to assist with queries. When the furniture I had seen on TV wasn't available in store, the staff kindly pointed out, I was probably thinking of another brand and she proceeded to give me directions to the competitor's store! Australian's are definitely a friendly bunch and I love how they are willing to support each other and the retail community in general. I like Freedom and they have made it to the top of my 'Furniture stores to consider' list.

That's wonderful. I only wish I had discovered this place before I bought unique and individual items from other retailers. I love stepping into Fantastic Furniture every time I enter the Homemaker mall as I enjoy being amazed at their floor stock specials. Their prices are already ridiculously low, and it never ceases to amaze me how they manage to offer further price reductions on their floor stock. I cannot comment on the quality of their product as I am yet to buy anything from there, but despite their low price, the polyurethane furniture looks impressive and of decent quality.

February came and we had received no update. We spent the next 6 months proactively calling Domayne for updates after being told it will arrive in March, then July and finally August. No apology was uttered from anyone as we were continuously palmed off to various team members across Furniture, Payments and Customer Service. Understandably, Covid has had an effect on all, but to think a reputable business like would treat customers like this is appalling. The cherry on top - the sofa arrived today (218 days later) with 2 left hand sides! Yet another call has provided no clear solution as we were told to wait for a response from a lady who only works Mon-Fri. This is beyond the worst experience we have ever had. In summary, buy from any other retailer in Australia - the only thing premium about these guys is the price.

The service is very good. I purchased two white goods from them and they offered to deliver the goods free. Living on the second floor of an apartment without lift, it is commendable they delivered it upstairs. They also unpacked the goods, and installed it and made sure it was working perfectly. I especially loved the fact, that they took away the cartons with them, leaving no mess behind. They constantly have promotions in store but i got a better deal by speaking to the salesmen.
