Before going to Dr. Tran I went to another orthodontists. I was nearing the end of the treatment and was almost time to get my braces off, but my parents weren't satisfied with how my teeth turn out. My front teeth was kinda of sticking out and that bothered them and so my mother took me to Dr. Tran.
I was very unhappy because at that point I was had braces on for about 2 years and was so ready to get them off. When we got there, the staff was very nice and understanding because it was written all over my face how I didn't want to be there.
Dr. Tran was very helpful and suggested a good plan for me. I didn't like it and even broke out crying, but my parents convinced me to do it and I don't regret it because my teeth turn out better than before.
The staff was efficient on monthly appointments and usually took about 15-30 minutes. They gave clear instructions on how to use all the tools needed for cleaning braces (even though they didn't need to explain it to me because I had them before) and rubberbands usage.
Though one thing you should note is to actually follow the instructions and not slack off (even if it very tempting to do so) because it could farther the date of having your braces remove.
Dr. Tran clearly told me what my braces journey was going to be. Like for example how long I'm going to where braces (which was 2 years for me), and how he will try to get my braces off as soon as possible.
Getting my braces was not as bad as I thought, they did as painless as they can. My teeth turn out very straight and I was really happy with the results.
Overall, the staff is very professional, Dr. Tran cares a lot for his patients and was a great experience I really recommend them and they are way better than my previous orthodontist. read more
