Last time I ate there I paid $25 for "VIP" seating in front of the stage. I got there at 6:30, an hour before the show started and the two waitresses blew me off completely. I had to go to the bar to order food and drinks. Well ... I made the mistake of waiting a half hour before going to the bar and instead of being completely dead with no wait the kitchen was slammed by the time they got my order. I didn't get my food until I complained to the manager 2 hours later and the burger was a hockey puck because it had been sitting under the heat lamp for WAY too long plus it had more salt than ketchup on it. The manager tried making excuses until I told him, "If your waitresses would gave done their jobs two hours ago we wouldn't be having this conversation." I have gone back since then, but I stopped buying the VIP tickets and I stopped eating food there. I just enjoy the music and buy a drink or two. They've easily lost $500 from me because the manager didn't say, "I'm sorry" and make sure that I got a hot, fresh meal that was cooked correctly that night. The location is beautiful. Stopped by around 9pm on a Saturday night. Not too busy. Male Bartender barely put any vodka in the vodka soda. Literally the pourer "burped" and stopped pouring and then so did he. A MUST when I'm in Punta Gorda! My friend moved to Punta Gorda a couple of years ago. I've visited her 3 times, and we make sure to come here every time I'm in town. The bar/restaurant is located right on the water with great views! The parking lot is also the same lot used by the adjacent hotel, so it can sometimes be hard to find a park, depending on the day and time. It's a mixture of great outdoor spaces as well as covered spaces. There's also a private event space that's really nice as well. I've been at night as well as during the day and have enjoyed every experience. The staff is friendly and great! I even fell, I mean face-planted, one evening, and the staff made sure to check on me and see if I needed medical attention. The menu is pretty straightforward, and the bar is your basic bar. They have a drink menu, but a full bar as well. Everything is also well-priced. I haven't ordered food, so I can't give a review of the food. I will definitely be back on my next visit to PG! read more

We chose to sit in the bar area where there is no wait service, we ordered at the bar and a runner brings the food. However, there is an option to sit in the main dining area where there is a waiter! Sat down under a tent outside by the parking lot. Took a while for a server to come take our order. One of the drinks spilled on the tray as the waiter brought it over, and he served it 20-30% lower. Two of us had Mojitos, THERE WAS NO ALCOHOL and no effort into making the drink properly to begin with. No muddling, the mint was all intact. When the server came back I advised the mojitos were virgin and he laughed. I told him, no really, there's no alcohol. No F-s given. When he came back to offer us another round I told him I wasn't kidding and wasn't paying for it, also didn't drink it. He did take it off the bill, but never offered to replace the drink. Lots of seating and lots of dining options and a huge bar... food is good and the portions are large. Split if you can. We had tacos to chicken sandwiches. Had lunch at TT's today. It was a beautiful day to be out by the water. Such a great spot for lunch. Our waitress was super nice. I ordered the Harborwalk burger. It was huge and cooked perfectly. Waffle fries came as the side and they were hot and crispy. My hubby ordered the Island Shrimp Wrap. He said it was sweet and spicy and delicious. My family of 9 ate there tonight, Monday August 10th. When we arrived the hostess was standing at the hostess station and walked away to move tables. There was a total of 6 customers in the large Tiki area and 4 waitress/hostesses were moving tables around. We waited 5+ minutes for someone to ask us how many were in our party and another 5 minutes for us to be seated. Once our waitress came over she was very unfriendly and impatient. She never once smiled or acted like she wanted to be there. We asked twice if we could get the large fan behind us turned off and that also made her very upset. There was absolutely no one in this restaurant and no reason for her to be rude to us. The food was mediocre at best and the service was horrible. The venue looked very nice and the atmosphere would have been fun but the staff made it a place I would not want to be at. We had a bad experience and we won't be back. We have friends and family that visit the area several times a year and we will not recommend this place to them. Complete disappointment. read more

Pretty cool setup that we were excited to find when looking for live music and games to play while enjoying drinks. The pool table is quite possibly the worst I've ever seen in my life where the fabric is ripped all over. They're missing the triangle rack so you have to just build your own triangle to start. They gave us 2 cues and one of them didn't even have a tip on it. The rest of the yard games just had kids just climbing all over it which is fine since this is more of a family vibe than a bar. We got the last spot over by the hotel and walked to the Tiki Bar. Once in the Tiki we were seated immediately, and our waitress Halle took our drink orders. Once back she took our food orders and answered any questions we had. I ordered the Grilled Mahi sandwich with blackened seasoning with a side of Fries and Salad. My wife ordered the same thing but less blackened seasoning and a side of Beans, Rice, and a side Salad. Our sandwiches came with Lettice, Tomatoes, Red Onions, and Pickles. Our friend ordered the Harborwalk Burger with a side of Fries. This Burger came with Swiss Cheese, Tomatoes and Balsamic Glazed Onions. Our food came out fast for as busy as they were. Our Mahi Sandwiches were large and very good. The Burger was very good and plenty of it. Our Fries were good, but they were hard to eat as they both had a little too much Salt on them. The Salad was good, and everything tasted fresh on it. The view is amazing from this Tiki area. It even had a beach overlooking the Harbor with plenty of Adirondack chairs so you could just chill and enjoy the scenery. You could sit under the Tiki or out at tables with umbrellas to shade you to enjoy your meal. There was a stage that was setting up for music in one area and a Wedding Reception in another area setting up. This place was busy and about to get busier. I must give this place 4 out of 5 stars. I knocked a star off as our tables wobbled a lot and I saw others do the same thing plus the over Salted Fries. You can't beat the view and the food was not that bad. TT's is a great spot for dancing and live music! Our first time there this past weekend and had a great time! The venue is huge with multiple tiki buildings. Two bars, stage, restaurant etc... Shared the coconut shrimp appetizer, nice sized shrimp and tasty sauce! I had the Island Rice Bowl - avocado crema was delightful and added blackened mahi. Nice portion size! My hubby had the Jerk sandwich - big bun but not a lot of chicken. Fries were basic. My father-in-law had the Grouper & Fries - big piece of fried grouper and fries. All in all B+ for good food! "Destination entertainment fee" added a mandatory 3% upcharge to the entire check and there certainly wasn't any entertainment on a slow Tuesday evening. Staff advised that they could not remove that charge. Might be worth it if it were a busy weekend with live entertainment - If they actually pass along the money collected to the entertainer (I doubt they do - Who gets the money when there is no entertainment?). But someone in front of us wanted a table for 16. She went out to the grassy area and proceeded to move a bunch of tables together. Meanwhile, the line is getting longer.... We probably waited in line for 20 mins to get greeted. - One of the servers went past the hostess stand and "yelled" at the hostess to not load her section. She kept "talking" as she went by and even had some "smart comments" for the customers that were just seated at the table. Glad she wasn't our server But all that aside, we finally got a table right by the "boardwalk" and water. our server was great! Food was pretty quick and tasted great!
