BAD BUSINESS AND BAD TECH!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!…read more Darrell Freeman came and started complaining that he had to drive an hour and a half in traffic to get here. Darrell did, according to the receipt, a reset modem router and clean system or at least I think so. While Darrell was running something on the computer Darrell said that next time they had an issue with the computer, they should call him. He was cheaper that what was paid to Geeks on Repair. When my wife left the room and when I returned, Darrell had talked me into giving him $50 for a battery for the laptop. Darrell stated toshibas battery was $80 and he could get it cheaper thru his company. Darrell would only accept cash. Darrell was reluctant to give us a receipt for the money, but finally did. Darrell called 2 days later to say he ordered the battery and it would come to our home. Did not provide any tracking information. Also telling us he hadn't been paid yet by Geeks on Repair. Asking if we'd call them to urge them to pay him. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion! The laptop stopped working 3 days later. I have called Darrell several times and only speaking to him once 3 weeks after the service visit in regards to the battery. Darrell said he hadn't recieved it yet and would call me back as soon as he found out where it was. To this date9/26/2016, we have not heard from Darrell or recieved said battery. Calls are not returned by Darrell Freeman! Darrell Freeman took advantage of me being elderly and not knowledgable about computers and took my hard earned money!!

He's a great guy and is very knowledgeable and patient. I decided not to install Starlink and instead I had AT&T connect a fiber optic line to the house. Later on, I wanted a direct line from our office upstairs to the router downstairs. Jasper came out and did a thorough assessment and consultation and then returned shortly thereafter to do the installation. Jasper went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it and that everything was working at its best. He even went to the store to get the specific CAT-6 cable with the color that we wanted. He was neat, efficient, earnest and, like Quintin, very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. Both men are great to work with, as well is their Project Coordinator Devin. They will give you their all! BTW, I was only charged for the installation and it was a great value for the what they delivered. They are a Blessing indeed!

This store didn't open until 11:00 today and although I didn't see hours of operation, I guess it opens at this same time everyday. This is only the second time I've seen it open. The first time I couldn't find any associates to assist me. This time I was finished shopping and had purchased some cold stuff. Didn't have time to browse. They actually opened as I was checking out. Hi! I don't mean to be critical but Walmart opens at 6:00 am everyday! You are missing out on some good sales by opening so late! Besides, Walmart has a rather extensive line of phone products. Amazingly, your biggest competitor in this town is located inside the same Walmart as you are!
