Not only did they fix it but every person on their staff went out of their way, including staying late. As I stated in my review for the window tinting, Kurt does a very thorough job of explaining the product, his procedure to apply the product, the options for the product and different costs and what to expect in reality. He does so with a polite, courteous, professional manner and will listen to you and answer your questions. I had Sign Pro do the exterior detailing before applying the ceramic coating to the entire vehicle. Along with applying products to the rims and tires. I have to say, my vehicle looks amazing! I didn't think it was possible to make it look better than when I took delivery of it from the dealer, but Sign Pro sure made it look outstanding. I could not be happier. I had the work done a couple months ago and have driven the vehicle in some nasty winter road conditions. I took it to an automatic car wash today and in my opinion the road grime removed so much easier and thoroughly because of the ceramic coating.
