One of the worst experiences I had. I recently booked a Chauffeur car from TST cars to go to Marriot hotel near waterloo station, london (obviously there is only one marriot hotel in that area) from baker street, london. As soon as me and my friend who was travelling with me got into the car, the driver asked my friend to sit in the back seat. He then started to drive to the opposite direction to where we wanted to go. After about 2 miles to the opposite direction i was a bit worried as we had considerable amount of cash and valuable things with us. So I asked him if he is doing the right route for which he answered with a weird look on his face; "If you have asked me to take you somewhere I will take you there, and that is what i am doing now." Then he started driving rashly which was very scary as he was accelerating through the traffic in a zigzag manner. Finally he stop somewhere and told me that we have reached the Waterloo station. And obviously that was not where i wanted to go. Then he told me he received an SMS on his mobile phone which says Waterloo . I told him that is not right and I am sure about what I said over the phone when i asked for the cab. All of a sudden the driver shouted at me saying that "Don't show your attitude to me. And this is your stop". I told him what he is doing is not right and he can't leave us at some random place in the late night especially in such a very bad weather condition (it was windy and was raining very badly) Then the worst thing happened. He stopped the car in the highway, came to the back door where i was sitting, opened the door, showed me his fist like he was going to punch me, and then told me, "you are sitting in my car and asking me to do things. I don't give a F**k about where you want to go. So keep you f**king mouth shut. I was sitting in the car completely shocked. And my friend was asking him to calm down. He then slammed the door on my face and i was lucky that i didn't have my hand or face close to the door. We wanted to go out by then, but he already started driving like a crazy person and dropped as in a new place saying that that is the place. We agreed towhat ever he said since we didn't want to die that night. I payed him the money he asked and left. Then I asked in a shop nearby for the way to Marriot Hotel and he told us we were around 1 mile away from it which we ended up walking in the cold and rainy night. We reached the hotel around 12.45pm. It was my friend's last night in London before catching his flight in the morning at 5 am.
I called the TST CARs the morning after the incident in-order to register a complaint against the driver and the person who picked up the phone asked me for my personal details, all of which I gave to him, and told me that someone will get back to me. he didn't even had the courtesy to ask me what happened or who is going to contact me, at what time etc. There is no more communication from the company after that phone call I made.
