All personal banking matters are dealt with in private. The cash dispensers and paying-in machines are all automated which seems to work really well. I have not experienced any queues there yet. Personal bankers and mortgage advisers are flexible with appointments and, importantly, answer their phones

This branch of Nationwide seems way too small for it's location. It always seems busy with long…read morechaotic queues, the branch in my opinion is not very well designed. When you do eventually get served the staff are ok but not particularly friendly or helpful, they just want to deal with you as quickly as possible to get the queue down. There are also long queues at the desk where you make appointments and change your address details etc. The nearest branch to here is over 15 miles away so there isn't really an alternative. I try to do as much banking online etc to avoid the queues. saying this I have never had any problems from this branch.
