There's good staff in this bank and plenty of "cash machines" outside. But the queues here are bad. When I tried to sign up, I was told I would be waiting an hour and a half!. Not surprising that it's Scotland's busiest branch. So if you are wanting to pay something, it's best to go to your local branch, they took me within 10 minutes. read more
