Chips and salsa is good. Chips are super crunchy, not a lot for the first basket. The booth tables are affixed with some stickers for some Mexican theme decor. The chicken quesadilla is super cheesy, decent amount of chicken, it's not bad. The Mexican style chicken tacos were so-so, the meat was rather dry. The chicken tostadas were okay. Lots of bean and cheese. Had a good amount of shredded chicken on it. The churros are good, maybe a tad over fried on the ends. The caramel is good, but was mostly at the ends of the churros only. Rest of the churro was empty. Still good churros overall. Service was okay, although we did have to ask for more chips and hot salsa. They cannot grill the Jalapeños since the griddle is communal. Can't clean the spicy Jalapeño off the grill in between orders.

Then it took a while for her to come back to ring it up. The staff is nice. As far as the food went, it was ok. I felt the rice was bland and thought the guacamole needed lime, but my husband enjoyed both. The ground chicken quesadilla was ok but not worth the cost. The ground beef in the enchiladas was more like what you'd find in a coney dog than an enchilada, while the red sauce was brown and not like traditional enchilada sauce, and the tortillas were like cardboard. Neither of us like hot melted cheese on our Mexican food (as chip dip it's ok) and it comes on many of their items. Last time we went we said it was the last time. This time really is the last time, but I sincerely hope you have a great experience if you go.

His only critique was the bacon- he didn't love it and said he wouldn't get it on his burger again next time but overall rated it a 9/10. I believe if you combined all the filling from their 6, it would fill 2 from Mexican Fiesta. Two! That being said, atleast they were conveniently located, & relatively quick. The supposedly "hot" salsa was not at all, and was too watery for allegedly being "homemade" and the extra salsa cups too, again, cost way to much! Will i be back? Probably not.
