Talk about some A+ customer service. I call him again on Sunday and ask hey, I'm gonna need another 20yarder and without hesitation, yep, he dropped one mid morning this Monday. We ordered Portable Toilets from United Site Services, with weekly cleaning service. In the last…read more30 days they showed up twice. The Toilets are an essential element of a Construction Site, and need to be cleaned when scheduled. Other companies have local dispatch that you can reach easily, United Site Services has an 800 number with operators that offer zero help, and claim that they will pass your message on. Our Toilets are unusable due to the gross lack of service. We will be having another company delivering Portable Toilets tomorrow. I recommend staying clear of United Site Services.
