Unfortunately, I didn't receive a warm welcome from the receptionist nor the doctor. I'm a 77 year old diabetic and immobile. The quality of care was inferior due to insufficient numbing procedure as well as a lack of patience, empathy and insensitivity to my pleads and screams for more numbing due to extreme pain. My cries for help fell on deaf ears. In return, he kept on grinning in my face. I had brought two people with me, my pastor and a geriatric nursing assistant; both stayed in the exam room with me throughout the procedure and was shocked by the doctors behavior. I've never been so horribly treated and subjected to this kind of inhumane experience. He didn't even provide my nursing home facility with any written followup for continuous care to the injured right big toe. Needless to say, I won't ever return to his office again.

Since May, of the 5 times that I have called them, I left voice-messages 4 times for them to call me back. On their patient-portal there is no phone-number available, so I continue to call their office. The most annoying is that they robocall, I will answer, but their algorithm has no way for me to speak/connect to a representative. Please assist me or at least leave me alone
