Luckily, I live around the corner from this place. Health & Harmony sells Chinese herbs and remedies and offers acupuncture services. I do not subscribe to the idea that Western medicine is bout about it. I used to suffer from horrible migraines, and one of the most successful treatments I received was acupuncture. Whatever ails you, Health & Harmony has something to fix you right up. I picked up some herb-tea packets that tasted really funky but did the trick. I also go some various other pills and potions to deal with headaches, cold and sleeplessness. Seriously, if there is something wrong with you, why not try something different before heading off to the doctor? The staff is awesome and full of knowledge. If they weren't it would be incredibly difficult to find what you need, as a lot of packages are written in Chinese.

I got a facial plus head, neck & shoulder massage bought with a voucher for very good value. I arrived for my appointment early and was still made to wait in one of the treatment rooms for 40 mins, with no heads up that it might be a while. Facial itself was ok, though 20 of the 60 mins was just spent with more waiting by myself with a mask on. The massage at the end was pretty crap: 5 min, over the clothes, may as well not have bothered. Glad I didn't pay full price, left more frustrated than relaxed.

Knowing there had to be a better way contacted equilibre around August of this year.I was given a complete health assesment by Cyrille and began my treatment. The results are amazing and life changing.now if I get any anxiety it's much less intense and my sleep much more improved, plus there are a lot of other benefits it's having on my physical well being, lower blood pressure and better heart rate are just two of these Cyrille is someone who is really determined to help people and see,s acupuncture as a way to do that. He,s a man who understands that physical and mental health go hand in hand and will also discuss general lifestyle changes that can be made to improve your life in a non patronising way.I don't want to seem like I'm over selling this but I cannot thank cyrille Bonnard enough for the help he has given me over the last few months and I really hope a lot more people give themselves the chance to benefit from this man. Then he told me to lie down on the couch with the needle in my back, first I objected but then he assured me that it'd be fine. I guess he injected me with something behind my back that's why the needle was not supposed to hurt me when lying down flat on the couch. I still cannot comprehend that. After the session my left arm was bruised and paralysed but I did not complaint thinking it may go away with time. It's been over 6 months now and the pain both in my left shoulder joint and left shoulder blade/lung persists. I had a couple of lung X-rays and they detected some damage in my left lung, where he injected or stabbed something behind my back without even showing me the depth of the needle or perhaps an injection he made given his invitation to lie down flat on a couch with a needle supposedly sticking out of my left shoulder blade? I dont understand his manipulation. Physiotherapy is not helping either. I tend to think that he intentionally damaged my left lung and muscles. I had accupuncture sessions before by Chineese practioners and never had any trauma or health issues. I went there hoping to relax but came back traumatised and damaged. He seems to have positive reviews overall, perhaps he just disliked me or someone paid him to damage my lung? Still puzzled and left with no answer...

The deal…read morestated that mandatory booking was required by calling a phone number and providing the Coupon code, which is common on Groupon. Between buying the deal and the deal expiring four months later, I called the number countless times but never got through to anyone: the number would ring and ring and then say that the number could not take my call, leaving no option to leave a voicemail. The number was an Irish mobile number, rather than a landline number to the business itself. I also tried making an appointment by email just after buying the deal but didn't receive a response. I tried one last time by email when my Groupon was about to expire, and received a response saying they couldn't book an appointment for me as they were fully booked until the expiry date. In response to my query about calling, the email said they always respond to their clients so they probably just couldn't reach me when they called me back. I didn't have any missed calls on my phone, so not sure what happened there. They advised that I contact Groupon to resolve the issue, which was a little frustrating as the issue lay with not being able to reach the clinic to make an appointment, not with Groupon. In the end I lost out on a treatment I paid for, simply because I couldn't book myself in. I've heard good things about Ren Shen, but I'd be worried about buying another deal in case the same thing happens again!

I had an amazing spa pedicure here during the week! So relaxing and can't wait to go back :)read more
