On my last one, the chiropractor asked how I was feeling and I said the treatment was not resulting as expected. Instead of taking it as a constructive feedback, Peter got furious and argued that "it is better having back pain than a cancer". Seriously? You pay €150 to have this bullsh*t in the end? Peter also made negative remarks about immigrants in every session, asking me all the time where I was from, and then "Ah, yeah, you are from one of those poor South American countries" and judging that I was "student and sub-employed like every South American immigrant that comes to Ireland." I believe that, for the fact that I am a foreigner, I received such treatment. It was clear the difference between the way he treated me and the way he treated his Irish patients. I have to say it was a huge exercise to control my nerves and not to shout at his guy. Never go to that place! Avoid it like the plague!

I have suffered from back and neck problems for many years and having recently (Christmas Eve) done my back in again, and not having a Chriopractor in Dublin, I bought a deal from Groupon/CityDeal for this business who have two locations in the city. As I could not get an appointment with the Terrenure branch and currently suffering with my back I managed to get an appointment with the one in Blessington Street. The deal was an examination with three follow-up treatments but you had to have the examination first on a separate appointmnent. I made the appointments two weeks prior to the day, and having explained the situation to the receptionist and being keen to being treatment I booked the examination for Wednesday and the first treatment appointment for the next day, Thursday. I have limited time off due to work commitments and had scheduled these appointments as a priority to getting my back sorted. I arrived on time for my appointment on Wednesday and while the receptionist was putting together paperwork for me to fill out I mentioned that I was going to be coming the next day also for my first treatment. I was then informed that the Chiropractor was unavailable the next day and that I 'should have been told' but they were unable to accomodate my first appointment until 8th February, another 2 weeks later (despite my already waiting 3 weeks for the initial appointment). Seriously unprofessional, clearly trying to make as much money as possible while messing people who are in pain around, I have respect for Chiropractors but would advise anyone looking for one to avoid this one at all costs cause if you are in pain and you do have an appointment, it may very well be quite some time before you can schedule your next!

I heard about Rolfing a couple of years ago and finally decided to check it out because I was…read morehaving constant shoulder pain from hunching over a computer all day along with ongoing stress headaches. Once I discovered that Tony the Rolfer had an office close to where I worked I booked in for some sessions. Each session was about 90 minutes long and it was a combination of deep tissue work which was at times intense, somatic movements like teaching me how to sit correctly and exercises bringing me to have a better awareness of moving from my core. After going through the Rolfing session my neck pain is gone and my posture has changed I now walk straighter, feel taller and have more flexibility and ease of movement. Some old friends even noticed that I looked taller. I definitional recommend Tony highly to anybody who is looking to get rid of aches and pains along with anybody looking for better posture. He is really a miracle worker because he has literally changed my body for the better.

My sister in New York suggested I go see a Rolfer as it had helper her a lot. I picked Tony as he worked close to me and he also had the extra advanced certification. The sessions gave me the feeling like the pieces of my body were falling into place. My back has greater flexibility along with more range of motion. I have been totally free of low back pain and it feels like my scoliosis has straightened since completing the Rolfing sessions with Tony. This is the least amount of pain that I've been in for a long time. Definitely one of the best things I have ever done for myself.
