Slide, mushroom water features, shallow to deep slope. Staff usually very nice. Not overcrowded, seating available to watch the kids. In my opinion, this is a vital pool as it's the only one out this far. Its location to East Mesa Rec where they have activities and free summer lunches makes it a great place for east Mesa youth to go. Heaven knows we need it out this way.

Bird poop was all over the lounge chairs and there was very little shade. The majority of the time the kiddy part of the pool wasn't well monitored and the adults were expected to keep an eye on the kids, the slide and the lap area were the only areas with constant supervision from the life guards.The pool was really shallow, and the only part of the park that was satisfactory was the water which was completely clear. I do not plan to return to this pool.

Sure the lifeguards are a little bossy and whistle at you a lot, but that's all quite understandable. No one wants their kids falling on the hard floors, so they tell you not to climb the dividers, no running, etc... No elder wants you jumping on them while they're trying to get a workout in. All these rules and lifeguards barking at people is for your own safety. Rules are in place for a reason. No one wants to see you get hurt. As for the people in the front desk. I didn't get any attitude of any sort. They seemed nice and helpful too. All-in-all I'd definitely come back again. ‍

Frank was great to work with in designing our pool and landscape, lending his considerable knowledge and experience while being flexible in trying to find ways to build our dream pool while staying within budget. He was always available to us throughout the process, as was Yvonne, who was very attentive and communicative. Their staff was always polite and paid attention to detail. Yes, the process took a long time, but it was still within the parameters of the time frame originally quoted to us. Since the completion of the project I am pleased to say the pool is everything that we have expected and we have had no major problems. The very minor issues we had have been addressed and corrected.

This company started construction on my pool in early 2021. The pool was not completed until…read morealmost a year later. As others have mentioned, communication with them is non-existent until they want to be paid. After my pool was completed, less than a year later I noticed that my pool tile, that they sold me and installed, was fading, cracking and falling off. They said it was a tile issue and not an installation issue so they should not be held responsible. After a couple of emails and messages, all communication stopped. Since pool season is coming up again, I decided to contact a more reputable company to replace my tile and replaster my pool because some of the tile was at the waterline. This was done at great expense to me. As the dealer of my pool equipment, any issues I have had, they were not helpful in any way with solving them. I had to take matters into my own hands and contact the manufacturers myself. Each time the manufacturers were able to help me remedy the problems. Customer service is not a high priority for this company.
