Booked a 3 hour pontoon boat 8-11am online for over $650 and went to check in at the Mariana and…read morewaited in line for 30 mins before they helped me then had to do another 30 min boat "tour" which included me taking pictures of the prop on their iPads (which I though was weird) before we could get the boat out so by the end of it we only had 2 hours on the water. When we brought the boat back they tried to argue that the prop was not the same as when we took it out and asked me if I had pictures to prove it. I told them the photos were on their iPad. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the prop. Not even chipped paint. We did not hit anything while we were out. After arguing with the guy who worked there I told him that he was taking pictures from a different angle and in different lighting and demanded he put the boat in the original spot then reevaluate. He eventually did and was still trying to argue the prop didn't "look the same" as before. They tried to charge me an additional $150 for prop damage. This would have brought the total to over $800 for a 2 hour pontoon rental. I continued to argue for another 20 mins before he finally said let's just end it and I'll let it go but next time you need to take photos of the prop. They are hard core scammers. I would not recommended using marina del sur for any rentals or anything at all. Super unprofessional and fraudulent

Just like the other people who have…read morereviewed said they will come up with some bs about the propeller being dinged and yes they make you take a picture prior but i would recommended taking your own picture of every angle and in all different lighting annotating any damage you see prior to leaving to whoever is checking you out or they will find something wrong when you come back. $700 for 3 hrs, $30 for gas and attempted to charge $150 for damage. There's not even a chip in the propeller. No wonder this was the only thing available last minute.
