I could've figure out why this was because my checking balance was adequate to cover all bills. After trying to get Joanne to understand. I finally asked someone else to help. Apparently, they installed a radio button that toggles between accounts which I did not physically do but due to it placement it automatically toggled. Well, this is poor design and now I am paying returned check charges and overdraft fees of about 100.00 in a time I do not need this. Regions sucks! I asked her how much it costs to acquire. New customer and Jessica said nothing. So, I am now bank shopping. Poor customer service after 20+ years they are going to loose me.

What's the point of having them if they have to call. do they not have resources to help us the customers?
