In all my years of taking pets to vets I've never had the vet examine my pet without an asst or tech....thus her "checkup" was quick and scant. I took her back for anal gland issue and she's been worse than before we went. I liked the fact it was closer to where I lived but I won't compromise my cat's health just for a shorter ride to get there. I will add the receptionists were very nice and helpful though.

This business was supposed to meet with them Monday to drop off remains, and they never showed up. They have already been paid for their services. Now not only is my friend out money, but the pet they loved and cherished still has not been returned to them. Do not use this business. They obviously do not cherish like family.
