So then they billed my insurance for another eye exam and another pair of glasses. The new glasses I can see better than the original but they are still not right. They were the ONLY place I could find that would fit lenses on a special frame I already had. I had Airsoft/ski goggles with special frame inserts. They told me that they would have given me the same prescription. The problem apparently is with the lab. The front office personnel tried several times to adjust the frames to no avail.
